在EABA,每年五月的学生主导会议(Student-Led Conference)是一场温暖的教育仪式。这里没有单向的汇报,没有分数堆砌的压力,只有孩子们自信的眼神、家长欣慰的笑容,以及此起彼伏的惊叹:“原来我的孩子已经能如此清晰地表达自己的思考!”
At HW, the annual May Student-Led Conference embodies progressive education. No one-way reporting or pressure from grades—only students’ confident presentations, parents’ proud smiles, and frequent exclamations: "I never knew my child could articulate ideas so clearly!"
今年,我们再次见证了这一场“以学生为中心”的教育实践,聆听成长的声音。

在传统的三方会议(Three-Way Conference)中,教师是沟通的“桥梁”,而学生主导会议则彻底翻转了这一模式——孩子成为会议的“导演”。他们需要:自主规划会议流程,设计展示内容;清晰讲解学习成果,从学科知识到探究成果;自我反思优缺点,并制定下一阶段目标。
While traditional three-way conferences position teachers as mediators, student-led conferences flip the script. Students become directors: Designing meeting agendas and content; Presenting academic progress and inquiry outcomes; Self-reflecting on strengths/weaknesses; Setting future goals.
一位家长在反馈中感慨:“孩子带着我参观教室的每个学习角落,像小老师一样介绍数学思维导图、英文故事创作,那一刻我突然发现,他早已不是被动接受知识,而是真正成为了学习的主人。”
One parent reflected: "My child guided me through classroom learning stations, explaining math mind maps and English story creations like a teacher. I realized they’ve transitioned from passive learners to active knowledge owners."
学生主导会议中,家长不再只是聆听者。他们需要:
用开放式提问激发思考,“你如何改进这个实验设计?”“如果重来一次会怎么做?”——这些家长提问被教师称为“最佳助攻”。

Parents now engage as active collaborators: Asking open-ended questions ("How would you improve this experiment?") ; Giving specific encouragement (e.g., noting a child’s poetic reflection on writing progress); Co-creating action plans ("Daily English reading sessions to improve fluency" - G1 parent).
