下午好，首先我要先感谢我们的带队老师和戈壁导师是他们的帮助才让我们取得优秀的成绩，其次，我要感谢我的父母鼓励并支持我参加这次的青戈赛，最后我要感谢学校，是学校才让我有机会参加这届的青戈赛，今天我很荣幸可以与大家分享一我去戈壁的感想，在第一天，我们就遇到了7到8级的大风，我们顶着沙尘暴，逆风前行，前面的路已经走的精疲力尽了，下半段的路都是上坡路和水路，最终还是努力的走到了终点。
On the first day, we encountered winds of force 7 to 8. We pushed forward against the sandstorm and the headwind. We were already exhausted from the first half of the journey. The second half of the road was all uphill and waterlogged. Eventually, we still managed to reach the finish line with great effort.
在第二天，我忍着脚趾上的水泡艰难的一步一步向前跑，最终我还是没想着放弃，艰难的冲向终点。
The next day, I struggled forward one step at a time, bearing the painful blisters on my toes. Eventually, I didn't give up and managed to reach the finish line with great difficulty.
在最后一天，我们是在凌晨出发的，在跑的途中还能欣赏美丽的风景，我当时不仅脚趾有水泡，小腿非常酸痛，我就一直处于倒数第一的排名，我放弃了，我觉得不可能再冲上第一了我走到第一个补给站老师回来跟我说你还想拿金牌吗？我说我想于是我就一直跟着他跑最终在他的带领下我拿了冠军。
On the last day, we set off in the early morning. During the race, we could enjoy the beautiful scenery. At that time, not only did I have blisters on my toes, but my legs were also extremely sore. I was constantly ranked last. I gave up. I felt that it was impossible for me to reach the top again. I walked to the first supply station. The teacher came back and said to me, "Do you still want to win the gold medal?" I said yes. So I kept running with him. Eventually, under his guidance, I won the championship.
这次的戈壁比赛让我学会了团队合作，让我知道学习是一样的，也要靠自己不断的努力下才能收获自己理想的成绩，我要把这次戈壁的毅力和力量放在学习上，我相信我的成绩会一天比一天更加进步。
This gobi race taught me the importance of teamwork. It also made me realize that learning is just like any other endeavor - it requires continuous effort from oneself to achieve the desired results. I will apply the perseverance and strength I gained from this gobi race to my studies. I believe my academic performance will improve day by day.
