尊敬的各位家长：
为确保第十五届全国运动会（以下简称“十五运会”）期间学生上下学交通安全有序，结合广州市临时交通管理措施，现将我校学生接送出行安排提醒如下：
一、限行政策概要
（一）限行时间：
第一阶段：2025年11月6日—11月20日，每日7:30—19:30（11月9日开幕式延长至24时）。
第二阶段：2025年12月5日—12月14日，每日7:30—19:30（12月8日残特奥会开幕式延长至24时）。
缓冲期：11月6日—8日、12月5日—7日，违反限行规定首次仅教育提醒，不处罚。
（二）限行区域：
限行区域涵盖天河区、白云区、番禺区等部分主干道及快速路，北至大观路、沈海高速，西至珠江水道周边道路。
学校门前的主干道科学大道2号不在限行区域内，但部分途经道路可能受影响。
（三）限行规则
本地车辆（粤A）：在上述道路范围和时间内，广州市籍小客车按机动车车牌（含临时号牌）最后一位阿拉伯数字实行“单号单日、双号双日”通行（单号为1、3、5、7、9，双号为2、4、6、8、0）。
外地车辆：在上述道路范围和时间内，非广州市籍小客车禁止通行。
二、家长接送规划建议
（一）提前核查行驶路线。请家长提前通过广州交警官方网站或导航APP查询计划行驶路线，确认是否经过限行区域。若需行经限行区域，请严格按照单双号规定出行。
（二）合理调整出行方式。
1. 拼车出行：建议同小区或相邻区域的学生家庭协商拼车，合理利用单双号车辆资源。
2. 公共交通：可乘坐公交325、336、355、391、494、573、573、581、B4A、582路班车、地铁21号线等公共交通工具到达学校附近站点；
3. 如约巴士：关注广州市如约巴士平台，如有需要可申请定制线路。
4. 步行/骑行：若居住地距学校较近，建议步行或骑行（驾驶自行车必须年满12周岁，驾驶电动自行车必须年满16周岁，骑行时必须佩戴头盔），安全便捷。
（三）规避限行时段。若需在限行时段内接送学生，建议将车辆停放在限行区域外，转乘公共交通或其他方式进入限行区。
（四）留意特别管理期。11月6日至8日为十五运会限行措施缓冲期，违反规定将暂不处罚，以教育提醒为主。11月9日开幕式当天，限行时间延长至24时，请提前做好全天出行安排。
如遇紧急就医等特殊情况，可向交警部门提交证明材料申请豁免限行处罚。
三、学校和家长配合措施
1. 如有学生因特殊原因不能按时到校或需延迟离校，请家长及时与班主任沟通，学校将根据实际情况为延迟离校的学生提供照料。
2. 科学大道、光宝路是严管路段，严禁车辆长时间停靠，违者将被电子警察抓拍并处罚。请自驾车辆接送的家长听从学校安保人员现场指挥，有序停靠、即停即走，上下车人员提前准备，减少停留时间，避免造成拥堵。
3. 附近停车场：光宝路两侧临时停车带、融达商汇停车场、励丰文化产业园（西门）停车场等。
请家长提前规划好出行方案，遵守交通管理规定，以身作则，礼让行人，共同维护校园周边秩序，展现广州城市文明形象，共同为十五运会的成功举办营造良好的交通环境。

Dear Parents,
To ensure safe and orderly student commutes during the 15th National Games ("the Games") and due to temporary traffic measures in Guangzhou, please note the following arrangements:
I. Traffic Restriction Summary
A. Restriction Period:
Phase 1: Nov 6 - Nov 20, 2025, daily from 7:30 - 19:30 (Extended to 24:00 on Nov 9 for opening ceremony).
Phase 2: Dec 5 - Dec 14, 2025, daily from 7:30 - 19:30 (Extended to 24:00 on Dec 8 for Para Games opening ceremony).
Grace Period: Nov 6-8 & Dec 5-7. First-time violations will receive a warning, not a penalty.B. Restriction Zone:

Covers main roads and expressways in Tianhe, Baiyun, Panyu districts, etc., north to Daguan Rd./Shenhai Expwy, west to roads near the Pearl River.
The main road at school, Kexue Avenue 2, is NOT in the zone, but access routes may be affected.
C. Restriction Rules:
Local Vehicles (Yue A): During restricted times in the zone, travel is based on the last digit of the license plate: odd numbers on odd dates, even numbers on even dates.
Non-Local Vehicles: Banned in the zone during restricted times.
II. Drop-off/Pick-up Planning Suggestions
A. Check Your Route: Use Guangzhou Traffic Police website or navigation apps to check if your route passes through the restriction zone. If yes, follow the odd-even rule.
B. Adjust Travel Methods:
Carpool: Coordinate with nearby families to share cars, utilizing both odd/even plates.
C. Avoid Restricted Times: If traveling during restrictions, park outside the zone and use public transport.
D. Note Special Periods: Grace Period (Nov 6-8): warnings only. Opening ceremony (Nov 9): restrictions until 24:00. Plan accordingly.
Exemptions may apply for emergencies (e.g., medical issues). Provide proof to traffic police.
III. School & Parent Cooperation
If a student arrives late/leaves early for special reasons, inform the class teacher. The school will provide care for students needing to stay later.
Kexue Avenue and Guangbao Road are strict no-stopping zones. No waiting. Follow staff instructions for quick drop-off/pick-up. Be ready to minimize stopping time.
Nearby Parking: Guangbao Rd temporary bays, Rongda Shanghui Lot, Lifeng Cultural Industry Park (West Gate) Lot.
Plan your trip in advance. Obey traffic rules. Set a good example. Help maintain order and showcase Guangzhou's civility during the Games.
