秋季学期,PIEP Mini/Alpha 年级多数新生首次融入集体生活。初到新环境,孩子们难免不安,在老师的温柔陪伴下,这份不安逐渐消散。内向的孩子也在友善氛围中敞开心扉,通过与同学互动学会理解他人、融入集体。
In the fall semester, many Mini and Alpha students join group life for the first time. With their teachers’ gentle care, initial worries soon fade, and even the shyest children learn to open up, connect, and grow together.

建立环境信任后,孩子们快速进入学习状态:在一日生活中树立规则意识,并借助沉浸式语言环境、游戏探究课程及跨学科学习,充分激发潜能,为日后第二语言学习打下坚实基础。
With trust in their environment, children settle into learning quickly. Immersive language, play-based inquiry, and interdisciplinary activities help them develop rules, explore actively, and build a strong foundation for learning a second language.

文化的种子播撒在每一个可感知的体验里……在国际日中,孩子们和国际教师一起通过游戏感受不同国家的文化和魅力;在重阳节,爷爷奶奶们走进校园集百家米,学习强身健体的八部金刚功,和孩子一起制作香包,品尝杂粮粥,度过了美好的亲子时光;在丰收节,孩子们换上自己喜爱的卡通服装,相聚庆祝丰收的喜悦。

On International Day, children explore different cultures through games with international teachers. During the Double Ninth Festival, grandparents join in exercises, craft scented sachets, and share wholesome porridge with the children. During our Harvest Festival, kids dress up and celebrate the joy of harvest together.
当文化不再是书本上的扁平知识,而是可听、可看、可触摸、可创造的体验与传承。这种浸润式的文化体验,为孩子们构建起坚实而充满情感的文化认同根基,这正是他们未来走向世界时,那份文化自信的源泉。

在PIEP,每一位教师都是有丰富教学经验和专业素质的终身学习者,他们中外协作备课,设计开放性探究课程,嵌入语言、数学、社交、艺术与体能,让孩子们在主动探索中建构知识、发展同理心与解决真实问题的能力。

音乐律动游戏专题 Music & Movement Games Focus
课堂区域对儿童成长起着关键作用。PIEP 的教师们近期参与了一场培训,期间他们探索课堂布局、研究材料摆放,并以学生视角亲身体验空间,在互相学习中思考让如何环境最大限度激发孩子的探究欲与思考力。
Classroom areas play a key role in children’s growth. PIEP teachers recently participated in a training where they explored classroom setups, studied material arrangements, and experienced the spaces as students to see how the environment can spark curiosity and thinking.




不仅如此,为充分激发大班孩子的数学素养,为其小学学习筑牢基础,Gamma 班的老师们正积极筹备数学日活动。通过设计各式各样的数学游戏和教具,帮助他们养成灵活思考的良好习惯。
To strengthen older children’s math skills and prepare them for primary school, Gamma class teachers are organizing a Math Day, using games and materials to foster flexible thinking and problem-solving habits.


正如陶行知所言:“要想学生好学,必须先生好学;惟有学而不厌的先生才能教出学而不厌的学生。” PIEP 的老师们始终秉持着不断学习、持续成长的理念,在培训与实践中汲取力量,用心为孩子打造更优质的教育环境与学习体验。
As Tao Xingzhi said, “Teachers who love learning inspire students to love learning.” PIEP teachers uphold this philosophy, continuously learning and growing to provide children with enriching educational environments and experiences.

在PIEP,我们邀请家长紧密地参与到孩子早期阶段的学习生活,家校共同支持孩子全面发展。
家长可以通过家庭微信群、幼儿成长周报和线上学习平台了解孩子在园的生活和学习情况,和孩子完成线上阅读打卡、家庭延伸课堂等。
At PIEP, parents play an active role in their children’s early learning.
Through WeChat groups, weekly reports, and online platforms, they can follow their child’s progress and participate in activities like reading check-ins and home-based lessons.



在家长会,班级开放日、三方会议、结题展等活动,帮助家长们解孩子每个阶段的课程内容和孩子能力发展情况,帮助家长有效参与到孩子的学习生活中。
Parent meetings, open classrooms, conferences, and exhibitions keep parents informed about the curriculum and their child’s growth, enabling meaningful involvement in their learning.
除了陪伴孩子成长,PIEP 同样关注家长的自我提升。为此,我们专门打造了 “PIEP 家长成长与发展中心(PGD)”,为家长提供专属的学习与交流平台。
PIEP supports not only children but also parents’ growth. The PIEP Parent Growth & Development Center (PGD) offers a dedicated space for learning and sharing.


当父母选择孩子学习成长的环境时,其实也是在寻觅怀着相同的教育理念、一致的教育目标“盟友”,一处能陪伴孩子健康成长的优质教育环境,而PIEP正是这样一处多元共生、温暖有爱的学习社区:孩子在这里探索成长,家长在这里收获新知,教师在这里实现价值。每一位成员都能在此受益、共同成长,成为更好的自己。
