这一次，我们迎来了一位特别的冠军——
澳门大学在读法学博士、网球运动员、匹克球全国冠军孙一盈老师，
走进“冠军与我面对面”活动现场，
与同学们分享她从运动场走向人生赛场的成长启示。

A special champion joins our "Face-to-Face with a Champion" event: Sun Yiying, a University of Macau law doctoral candidate, tennis player, and national pickleball champion. She shares her journey from the court to life.

一年一度的“冠军面对面活动”，邀请了林丹、谢杏芳、焦刘洋、罗微、孙一盈……从羽毛球到游泳，从跆拳道到匹克球，是希望同学们能从冠军的成长轨迹中，汲取的远不止是专业的技巧，更是那份全力以赴的态度与持之以恒的精神。这正是养成教育的核心——着眼于学生一生的成长，塑造受益终身的综合习惯与品格。

The annual "Face to Face with the Champion" event has featured Lin Dan, Xie Xinfang, Jiao Liuyang, Luo Wei, Sun Yiying... From badminton to swimming, taekwondo to pickleball. It aims to offer students more than professional skills—it's about the all-out attitude and persistent spirit. This is the core of holistic education: shaping habits and character for lifelong benefit.

In her talk, Sun Yiying used her pickleball journey to illustrate perseverance, courage, and passion. Key quotes stood out!

孙一盈老师以自身从网球到匹克球的运动生涯为例，向我们生动揭示了冠军之路的真谛。她的故事并非一个“天才一跃成名”的神话，而是一段关于平凡坚持的真实历程。她坦言，自己虽未成为顶尖的网球选手，但那段岁月为她的一切打下了最坚实的基础。“我从6岁开始打网球，每周坚持训练。 ”

Sun shared her transition from tennis to pickleball, revealing the truth of a champion's path. Her story isn't a "genius myth" but one of ordinary persistence. She admitted not becoming a top tennis player, but that period laid her foundation. "I started tennis at 6, training weekly."

孙老师的运动生涯并非只有网球和匹克球，她还勇敢地涉足过铅球、游泳等多个领域。每一次全新的尝试，都是一次深刻的自我发现。她鼓励同学们，不要将自己局限于一隅，主动去探索更广阔的世界。 “人生就像拆盲盒，不尝试，永远不知道里面有什么惊喜。”

Sun didn't stick to just tennis and pickleball. She also tried shot put, swimming, and more. Each attempt brought self-discovery. She urged students to explore beyond limits. "Life is like a gift box. You never know the surprise until you try."

谈及胜利，孙老师眼中闪烁着坚定的光芒。她认为，只有从心底真正渴望胜利，一个人才会激发出全部潜能，做到全力以赴。这种专注，不仅体现在赛场上的每一个球，更体现在学习中的每一道题。 

Discussing victory, Sun's eyes shone with determination. She believes true desire unlocks potential and drives full effort. This focus applies to every ball on the court and every problem in studies.

如何面对失败？孙老师引用网球天王费德勒的例子给出了答案：“他职业生涯每分的平均胜率也只有54%。”这个数据让同学们深感震撼——原来，即便是传奇，也难免在近一半的时间里经历失败。 “输得起，才能赢得漂亮。失败不是终点，而是校准方向的起点。”

On facing failure, Sun cited Roger Federer: "His average point win rate was only 54%." This stunned students—even legends fail nearly half the time."You must lose well to win beautifully. Failure is not the end, but a start for recalibration."

分享会的最后，孙老师用一句充满诗意又力量十足的话作结，引发了全场经久不息的掌声：

“球会落地，但热爱不会。”

Sun concluded with a poetic, powerful line, sparking lasting applause:
"The ball drops, but passion doesn't."
