​“一班一品”,每个班级都是限定款 Class Culture Building

在华外同文外国语学校,每个班级都是一颗发光的星辰,每位班主任都是点亮星光的人。

2025年秋季学期,华外小学“一班一品”班主任专业成长计划正式启动。我们以“打造特色班级文化,赋能学生成长”为目标,推动班主任成为“品牌设计师”,让教室成为生命成长的沃土。

In the Fall 2025 semester, we launched the "One Class, One Brand" professional development plan. With the goal of building distinctive class culture and empowering student growth, we guide teachers to become "brand designers," transforming classrooms into nurturing ground.


启动会上,华外小学校长助理海晏女士指出:“一班一品”是看见每个班级的独特气质,让孩子眼里有光、心里有归属。她强调,班级品牌应从三个维度构建:

At the launch meeting, Assistant Principal Haiyan emphasized that "One Class, One Brand" means recognizing each class's unique character, so every child enters with light in their eyes and a sense of belonging. She outlined three building blocks for a class brand:

  • 精神内核:通过共同命名、确立愿景,凝聚共识;

    Core Spirit: Building shared vision and consensus through naming and goal-setting.

  • 文化表达:让班徽、班歌、墙面成为教育语言;

    Cultural Expression: Making the class emblem, song, and walls speak the language of education.

  • 行动载体:用特色活动将理念转化为真实体验。

    Action Plan: Translating ideas into real experience through signature activities.

我们邀请教育专家进校开展讲座,为班主任提供方法与启发。

We invited education experts to lead seminars, providing methods and inspiration for teachers.


蓝艺苹老师以《成长银行——让班级管理活起来》为题,分享如何将学生行为与成长转化为可积累的“成长币”,构建以学生为中心的发展机制,激发内驱力。

Ms. Lan Yiping, in her talk "The Growth Bank: Bringing Classroom Management to Life," shared how to turn student behavior and progress into tangible "growth currency," creating a student-centered development system that motivates from within.



张小樱老师在《教室是长出来的》讲座中,提出教室是师生共同生长的生命体。从班名到环境,从活动到陪伴,教育在每一天的细节中自然发生。

Ms. Zhang Xiaoying, in "A Classroom Grows," presented the classroom as a living entity co-created with students. From its name to its environment, from daily routines to caring mentorship, education unfolds naturally in the details.



班主任带领学生一起创作班徽、班歌、班级口号,让文化符号成为共同的情感密码。各班级还围绕特色设计了阅读、劳动、节气等主题活动,让理念落地生根。每一份方案,都源于对孩子真实需求的倾听,也凝聚着教育的巧思与温度。

Homeroom teachers guide students in creating class emblems, songs, and mottos, turning these symbols into shared emotional bonds. Each class also designs themed activities—like reading, hands-on projects, or seasonal celebrations—to bring their unique brand to life.

沟通讨论


为确保每一份创意都能落地生根,学生成长处的海晏校助与班主任开展一对一深度沟通,从理念到细节,反复打磨;智慧在对话中流动,方案在协同中成熟。同时,“华外班主任读书会”正式启动,通过共读与分享,持续赋能班主任成长。

Meanwhile, the "HW Homeroom Teacher Reading Club" has launched, fostering continuous growth through shared reading and discussion.



我们相信:有灵魂的班级能唤醒归属,有特色的品牌能激发创造。

Awakening Blossoms, a Galaxy of Stars


接下来,各班将推进特色活动,建立“班级成长档案”。明年5月,我们将举办 “班级品牌成果展” ,见证41个班级、41种精彩,共同照亮一片教育星空。

Moving forward, each class will carry out its signature activities and maintain a "Class Growth Archive." In May next year, we will host the "Class Brand Showcase" to celebrate the unique brilliance of all 41 classes, lighting up a shared educational sky.


教育是慢的艺术,更是爱的实践。
