12月20日至21日,2025—2026年度“未来之城”全国展评活动在国家速滑馆“冰丝带”举行。来自全国34个城市的1000余名中小学生齐聚一堂,围绕年度挑战主题——“从农场到餐桌”,展示他们对未来城市的创新构想与可持续解决方案。
On December 20-21, the 2025-2026 Future City National Exhibition & Competition was held at the National Speed Skating Oval in Beijing. Over 1,000 primary and secondary students from 34 cities gathered to showcase innovative visions and sustainable solutions for future cities under this year's theme: "From Farm to Fork."
华外小学部6名学生组成的代表队前往北京国家速滑馆参赛,团队凭借“南澳未来城”项目的创新设计与精彩展示,从全国154支精英队伍中脱颖而出,斩获小学城市设计组团队综合特等奖,成为本次赛事广州地区唯一入围公开展示答辩环节的小学队伍,为学校科创教育再添璀璨荣誉。
A team of six students from HW Primary School competed at the event. Their project, "South Coast Future City," stood out among 154 elite teams nationwide, winning the Special Award in the Elementary School City Design category. As the only primary school team from Guangzhou to advance to the public presentation and defense session, they added another honor to the school's STEM education achievements.

“未来之城”作为一项拥有32年历史的国际STEAM教育项目,致力于通过项目式学习,培养青少年的工程素养、创新思维与综合实践能力。学生以团队形式,融合科学、技术、工程、艺术、数学等多学科知识,设计一座未来100年后的城市,并针对特定主题提出解决方案。本届活动吸引了来自全国34个城市(含香港、澳门特别行政区)的1000余名中小学生齐聚一堂,学生团队围绕年度挑战主题——“从农场到餐桌”,展示其对未来城市的创新构想与可持续解决方案。
Future City is a 32-year-old international STEM education project that uses project-based learning to develop students' engineering literacy, innovative thinking, and practical skills. Working in teams, students integrate multidisciplinary knowledge to design a city set 100 years in the future and propose solutions for a specific theme. This year’s competition attracted over 1,000 participants from 34 cities, including Hong Kong and Macau.

华外小学团队设计“南澳未来城”以循环经济为核心理念,紧扣“从农场到餐桌”主题,构建了一座零浪费的海丝智慧城。通过“智慧种养+循环利用”双路径,同学们聚焦农业生产与食品包装两大核心环节,用循环经济理念构建全链条零浪费解决方案。同学们的构思既充满了天马行空的未来感,又根植于真实世界的需求,让我们看到来了对于未来世界美好生活的向往。
The HW team designed "South Coast Future City" around a circular economy concept, addressing the "From Farm to Fork" theme by creating a zero-waste maritime smart city. Through "smart farming + circular utilization," they focused on agriculture and food packaging to build a full-chain zero-waste solution. Their ideas combined future-oriented creativity with real-world needs, reflecting a vision for better living.



同学们不仅解锁了食物供应链管理、环保科技等专业知识,更在问题解决、项目管理与团队协作中实现了综合能力的跃升,让草稿纸上的创意构想,最终变成了展台上逻辑清晰的城市方案;课堂上的奇思妙想,沉淀为答辩时的从容自信。他们以敏锐的科创思维、扎实的实践能力和大胆的创新构想,将生态保护、文化传承与科技应用深度融合,最终在全国舞台上展现出华外学子卓越的综合素养与科技创新实力。
The students gained knowledge in food supply chain management and green technology, while improving their problem-solving, project management, and teamwork skills. They turned draft ideas into a clear city plan and classroom creativity into confident presentations. By integrating ecology, culture, and technology, they demonstrated strong comprehensive literacy and innovation on a national stage.








备赛过程
这份沉甸甸的荣誉,离不开多位指导老师的悉心引领与专业指导,更凝聚了家校社协同育人的强大合力。本次比赛多学科教师协同发力,将PBL+STEAM教育理念深度荣融入备赛全程,作为九年一贯制科创课程一体化建设的重要实践成果,此次获奖充分彰显了我校“全人教育”理念下,科创教育与学科融合的育人成效,也为学校科创课程体系的持续优化注入了强劲动力。特别鸣谢佟魏等各位学生家长在比赛过程中的倾力支持与陪伴,正是多方的温暖托举,孩子们的奇思妙想有了照进现实的可能。
This achievement was made possible by the dedicated guidance of teachers and strong support from families and the community. Multidisciplinary teachers incorporated PBL and STEM principles throughout preparation, reflecting the outcomes of the school’s integrated science curriculum. The award highlights the effectiveness of HW’s holistic education approach and STEM integration. Special thanks to parents including Tong Wei for their support during the competition.

华外小学一到六年级学生全部开展了“未来城市”的PBL学习,以项目式的方式关注真实世界的问题,聚焦解决实际的城市挑战,如可持续性、交通、住房、公共健康等,将“未来城市”开展成全员参与、学科融合、全域展示的项目,全方位的发展发展学生核心素养,提升学生综合能力,实现我校“启发潜能,培育全人”的教育理念。
All HW primary students participated in Future City PBL learning, using project-based methods to address real-world urban challenges like sustainability, transportation, housing, and public health. This school-wide, interdisciplinary project develops core competencies and comprehensive abilities, realizing the educational philosophy of "Inspiring Potential, Nurturing the Whole Person."
