当我蹲下看春天，最先看见的是新芽——

它们从枯叶底下探出头来，怯生生的，却又那么笃定。

那些落叶还保持着秋天的姿态，而嫩绿已经顶破陈旧的脉络，像孩子翻开书页时眼底的光。

When I squat down to see spring, the first thing I notice are the new sprouts — peeking out from under dead leaves, shy yet certain. The leaves still hold their autumn shape, but tender green is already pushing through old veins, like light in a child’s eyes as they turn a page.

原来春天从不只是花开一件事。

枝头灼灼的繁华让人仰望，而泥土里的萌动需要俯身才能听见。

听见什么？

听见生命在换季——旧的还未走远，新的已经赶来，它们在交接的时刻发出细微的声响，那声响落在华外的走廊上，就成了孩子们的脚步声。

Spring is not just about blossoms. The brightness overhead draws the eye, but the stirring in the soil asks us to bend closer. Listen. Life is changing seasons — the old lingers, the new arrives, and in that passing, faint sounds emerge. On the HW campus, those sounds become footsteps.

落叶 VS 新芽

他们把“春天”做成课题，在飞花令里找诗词里的春，在调色盘上找画里的春，在课堂的窗边找正在生长的春。

每一个孩子都是一株移动的植物，在项目式学习的土壤里，把根扎得深一些，再深一些。

原来项目式探究学习的奥秘，不过是让学习像春天一样自然地发生——先有好奇的芽，才有探究的叶，最后开出理解的朵。

Children turn "spring" into inquiry. They find it in poems, in palettes, outside classroom windows. Each child is a moving plant, growing deeper roots through project-based learning. The secret of PBL? Let learning happen like spring — first curiosity, then exploration, finally understanding.

3月14日上午9点，我们在华外同文外国语学校，备好了整个春天。有花，有月，有诗，有画，有初见时的相视一笑。
