3月13日，广州市斐特思学校科艺节圆满落幕，为全校学子呈现了一场创新思维与创意表达的别样碰撞，让学子们在体验中探索、在欣赏中感悟，解锁科艺交融的无限可能。
On March 13th, the FCG STEAM Festival concluded with great success, providing students with the opportunity to explore through hands-on experiences and gain valuable insights by integrating science and art.

活动伊始，碧桂园教育集团总裁黎婉媚女士致开幕辞，她高度赞扬广州斐特思近年来在科学与艺术领域所取得的卓越成就，学校不仅培养了许多热爱科学与艺术的优秀人才，还举办了一系列精彩纷呈的活动。
At the beginning of the event, Ms May Li, the CEO of Country Garden Education Group, delivered the opening speech. She takes immense pride in the remarkable achievements of Fettes College Guangzhou in the fields of science and art.
婉媚总鼓励同学们大胆探索AI在科学和艺术中的应用，共同思考如何将这些新技术视为创新的工具，推动创造力与想象力，为整场科艺节定下探索与创变的基调。
Ms May also encourage all students to boldly explore the applications of AI in science and art, reflect together on how we can harness these new technologies as tools for innovation, fueling our creativity and imagination.
中方总校长郑雷女士及外方总校长Jeroen Gakes先生共同启动了本次科艺节的AI 手势交互数字开场—— 这是一件融合编程、艺术设计与 AI 交互的数字作品，依托 React、Three.js 实现 3D 粒子动画，结合 MediaPipe AI 手势识别实现观众实时互动，以 AI Vibe Coding 诠释 STEAM 科艺融合理念，为活动拉开充满未来感的序幕。
The Heads of College, Mr Jeroen Gakes and Ms Julie Zheng, jointly launched the AI gesture interaction digital opening of the STEAM Festival. This is a digital work that integrates programming, art design, and AI interaction. It is built with React and Three.js for 3D particle animation and combines MediaPipe AI gesture recognition to enable real-time audience interaction.
开幕现场，小学部弦乐团带来经典曲目《赛马》表演，小乐手们默契配合，弓弦起落间，激昂明快的旋律展现出扎实的演奏功底，赢得现场阵阵掌声。
The primary school string orchestra performed the classic piece Horse Racing. Their lively melody showcased impressive playing skills, earning enthusiastic applause from the audience.
本次科艺节迎来重磅嘉宾，伯克利音乐学院声乐教授 Jamie hart 正式受聘为广州斐特思表演艺术学院客座教授，为学校艺术教育再添专业力量。随后Jamie hart 教授与我校十年级学子Joy Hu同台献艺，联手带来精彩的现场演出。
At the opening ceremony, we were honored to announce the official appointment of Ms. Jamie Hart, a vocal professor from Berklee College of Music, as a visiting professor at the FCG Performing Arts Academy. Following the announcement, Professor Jamie Hart and Grade 10 student Joy Hu delivered a stunning live performance together.
科技秀场同样亮点纷呈，宇树科技春晚同款机器人登上斐特思舞台，用灵动的功夫招式、酷炫的街舞表演，近距离展示科技的趣味与魅力。
The same robot featured in the Spring Festival Gala by Unitree made an appearance on the FCG stage, demonstrating its agile kung-fu moves and cool street-dance performance.
更特别的是，机器人们还穿上了斐特思学子亲手设计的时装，与5位模特一同参与这场时尚大秀。
What was even more special was that the robots wore fashion designs created by FCG students, joining five models in the fashion show.
硅谷教育机器人公司 Robo Terra 及外骨骼公司 healthZ AI 创始人兼 CEO 张尧博士，为全校师生带来主题演讲，以专业的视角、生动的案例，解读 AI 与机器人时代的发展趋势，启迪学子们把握时代机遇，充分利用学校优质资源，培养创新思维，争做 AI 时代的弄潮儿。
Dr. Yao Zhang, founder and CEO of Robo Terra, a Silicon Valley-based educational robotics company, delivered an inspiring keynote speech to all teachers and students. Combining a professional perspective with vivid examples, she highlighted the development trends of the AI and robotics era. Dr. Zhang encouraged students to seize the opportunities of the times, make the most of the school’s high-quality resources, cultivate innovative thinking, and strive to become pioneers in the AI era.
来自物理科与生物科的两位人气王老师跨界联手，带领着高年级的8位学子完成了一场趣味十足的大象牙膏科学实验秀。
The physics and biology teachers collaborated across disciplines to guide eight senior students in presenting the exciting 'elephant toothpaste' experiment.
STEAM Funfair：Explore the Unknown
散落在校园中的65个游园摊位涵盖多样的科技与艺术体验内容，学子们穿梭在各个摊位之间，动手操作、互动体验、合作探索。
The 65 STEAM booths provide a diverse array of technological and artistic experiences. Students navigate between the booths, participating in hands-on activities, interactive demonstrations, and collaborative explorations.
人气最高的当属机器人体验区：不论是亲手操控机器人穿越障碍赛道、驾驶无人机争霸空中足球赛还是近距离见证人形机器人对战机器狗，学生们沉浸式学习机器人运动控制、了解避障移动与目标追踪等AI技术、观察人工智能大模型在真实环境中的决策与协同逻辑。
The most popular area was the robot experience zone: whether it was controlling a robot to navigate an obstacle course, competing in an aerial football match with a drone, or witnessing a humanoid robot battle a robotic dog up close, students were immersed in learning about robot motion control and observing the decision-making and collaborative logic of AI models in real-world scenarios.
在3D全息艺术创作互动区，学子们通过调试光影参数、调整投影角度，完成平面图像到 3D 立体视觉效果的转化。在老师的讲解中，他们逐渐熟悉全息投影的光学原理，探索平面艺术向立体视觉转化的创作技法。
In the 3D holographic art creation zone, students transformed flat images into 3D stereoscopic visual effects by adjusting light and shadow parameters and projection angles. Under teachers' guidance, they gradually became familiar with the optical principles of holographic projection and explored creative techniques for converting flat art into stereoscopic visuals.
除此之外，还有更多涵盖物理实验、数学原理、生物观察、编程创作、手工艺术等主题的摊位，让学子们在动手实践中接触多学科知识，在趣味互动中播下探索与创新的种子。
In addition, numerous booths feature themes such as physics experiments, mathematical principles, biological observations, programming creations, and handicraft arts. These booths provide students with the opportunity to engage with knowledge across multiple disciplines, sparking curiosity and fostering innovation through enjoyable, hands-on interactions.
科技启迪智慧，艺术滋养心灵。科艺节的成功举办，既是一次科技跨界融合的沉浸式体验，更是学校日常教育理念的生动延伸 —— 广州斐特思致力于在课程设置中注重多元融合与 STEAM 教育，将科学、技术、工程、艺术与数学的思维渗透到日常教学中，让探索与创新成为学子们的学习习惯。
