2026年4月27日至29日,小学一年一度的教学开放周“与孩子同窗”10.0如约而至。我们邀请全体家长分年级走进校园——不是走马观花的参观,而是坐下来,和孩子做一次真正的“同窗”。走进课堂,看见知识的点燃;走进PBL项目,见证真实问题的解决;走进SEL情感课堂,感受成长中爱的力量。因为我们深信:家校之间最短的距离,是信任;而信任最好的起点,是看见。
连续十年,我们把教室的门打开,不是为了展示,而是为了邀请家长坐下来,看见孩子的成长!
From April 27 to 29, 2026, HW’s 10th Open Week invited parents not as visitors but as co‑learners. They stepped into classrooms, project spaces, and SEL sessions to see how curiosity is sparked, real problems are solved, and hearts grow. We believe trust is the shortest distance between home and school, and trust begins with seeing. For ten years, we’ve opened our doors not to showcase, but to invite you to sit beside your child.




这份用心,藏在每一节课的细节里。
一年级数学课上,孩子们变身“购物小达人”,把人民币摆来摆去,发现原来20元竟有那么多组合——数学不是刷题,而是藏在钱包里的思维密码。三年级数学课上,AI让《西游记》里的“周长”活了起来,孩子们自己动手测量、合作探究,连平时不爱发言的小手也举得高高的。五年级《找次品》一课上,天平成了最好的教具,孩子们推理、排除、优化,“三分法”不是老师给的,是他们自己发现的。
First graders played shop to discover number combinations — math as a thinking skill, not a drill. Third graders used AI to bring “perimeter” to life through a classic story, measuring and collaborating with new confidence. Fifth graders handled balance scales to crack the “defective item” puzzle and discovered the optimal method themselves.




语文课上,二年级借助AI视频体会疑问句的语气,五年级用圈点批注细读《刷子李》,再动笔写身边的能人。英语课上,三年级表演《皇帝与夜莺》,五年级用思维导图向世界介绍春节和端午……
每一节课都在回答同一个问题:怎样让孩子真正爱上学习?答案不是灌输,而是点燃。
In language classes, younger students practiced questioning with AI support, while older ones annotated texts and wrote about real talents around them. English learners staged a play and built mind maps to share Chinese festivals.
Each class asked: How do we help children truly love learning? The answer is to ignite, not to fill.






真正的成长,藏在解决真实问题的过程里。PBL项目式学习,是我们递给孩子的“真实世界入场券”。
一年级的孩子设计校园指示牌,“朝着太阳走就能找到操场”——一个小小的创意,是观察与表达的生长。二年级打造“四季花开的校园”,从实地踏勘到搭建模型,像真正的园艺师那样去思考。三年级设计“儿童友好空间”,用儿童的视角为校园建言,责任感就在立体模型中扎下了根。
五年级搭建微型垂直农场,让城市阳台“绿”起来,一次项目便融合了科学、工程与环保。六年级研究“可持续发展城市”,从绿色生态到智慧创新,孩子们开始追问:我们想要一个怎样的未来?
Growth happened through real‑world challenges. Through PBL, first graders created campus signs with creative clues; second graders planned a four‑season garden like real horticulturists; third graders built “child‑friendly space” models and shared their voices; fifth graders engineered mini vertical farms, blending science, engineering, and sustainability; sixth graders re‑imagined sustainable cities.







在SEL情感课上,四年级的孩子在团队游戏里,一点点学会了倾听、配合与包容。成长,从来不只是分数,更是成为有温度、有力量的人。
In SEL, fourth graders practiced listening, teamwork, and empathy through games. Growth is not just about scores — it’s about becoming a warm, capable person. PBL gives children a ticket to the real world.






开放周结束时,一位二年级的爸爸说:“以前我总问孩子‘今天学了什么’,现在,我更想问他‘你是怎么学的’。”一位妈妈在反馈表上写道:“他举着小手抢着上台的样子,眼睛里闪着光——原来我的孩子可以这么闪亮。”更多家长说:“把孩子的成长交给这样的课堂,我们放心。”
家长的安心,从来不是来自漂亮的承诺,而是走进校园、亲眼看见的那份真实。
After Open Week, a father said, “I used to ask what he learned. Now I ask how he learned.” A mother wrote, “Seeing his hand shoot up and his eyes sparkle, I realized how brilliantly my child can shine.” Parents spoke of reassurance. Their peace of mind came not from words, but from witnessing real moments in our classrooms.
