翻开书页，读懂青春 | 华外中学家长读书坊5.0温暖收官 Parent Shared Reading

人终其一生的追求

36位家长，21天共读，278次走心打卡；3次线下工作坊加全程线上陪伴；从书本到生活，100%参与家长反馈：更懂孩子的情绪，更会与自己和解。这不是一次普通的读书会，而是一次家庭养育的深层升级。

青春期情绪是家庭教育中绕不开的焦点。为帮助家长真正走进孩子的内心世界，华外中学部心理教师张泽炎于2026年4月8日至4月28日，面向七、八年级36位家长，成功举办了第五期家长读书坊。本次活动以《青春期情绪密码》为共读蓝本，从心理学视角出发，系统解锁家庭养育智慧，助力孩子身心向阳成长。

HW held the 5th Parent Reading Workshop for 36 parents of Grade 7 and 8. With the book "Adolescent Emotional Code" as the reading material, the workshop included 21-day reading, 278 check-ins, 3 offline workshops and full online companionship. All parents reported better understanding of their children’s emotions and themselves.

有效的亲子沟通，始于内心的真诚一致。工作坊通过家庭系统投射实验、情境模拟演练、情绪觉察体验等多元形式，引导家长在探究、辩论与角色扮演中，将心理学理论转化为切身体验。家长们渐渐领悟：真正打动孩子的，从来不是技巧，而是发自内心的真诚。

This workshop uses interactive psychological activities to guide parents to build sincere communication with their children, highlighting that genuine heartfelt connection matters more than communication techniques.

线下活动现场气氛热烈，家长们以小组为单位，真诚分享与孩子之间的冲突与感动，也倾听他人在情绪风暴中如何稳住自己。多元视角碰撞，情感共鸣流淌。每一位家长不仅收获了心灵慰藉，更在深度交流中掌握了科学的情绪疏导方法，汲取了丰富的亲子沟通智慧。

First graders played shop to discover number combinations — math as a thinking skill, not a drill. Third graders used AI to bring “perimeter” to life through a classic story, measuring and collaborating with new confidence. Fifth graders handled balance scales to crack the “defective item” puzzle and discovered the optimal method themselves. 

每一次线下工作坊都设有现场共读环节。家长们一起精读《青春期情绪密码》，在静谧的阅读氛围中，伴着簌簌翻书声，各自在字里行间寻找属于自己的答案。有人读到眼眶发热，有人默默点头：原来我不是一个人，原来孩子那些让我着急的反应，背后藏着这样的秘密。

Parents read and reflect together in a peaceful atmosphere, gaining insight into adolescent emotions and finding emotional resonance with other parents.

21天线上共读陪伴，每日阅读打卡、线上讨论，成为家长之间温暖而持续的连接。278次阅读打卡，每一段文字都是真诚的感悟与反思。从书本到生活，从认知到行动，家长们不仅更新了对青春期情绪的理解，更收获了与孩子心灵相融、温情沟通的相处之道。

This online companionship builds warm bonds among parents. Through continuous reading and reflection, they gain practical ways to connect emotionally with teenagers.

历经21天的共读践行与沉淀，3次线下读书坊的优质开展，本期家长读书坊圆满落幕。华外始终致力于搭建家长同频成长的交流平台，通过专业的心理引导与温暖的共读氛围，助力每一位家长在深层沟通中遇见更好的自己，也遇见更好的亲子关系。
