International Children’s Day 国际儿童节庆典回顾 | 以斑斓色彩，描绘童真世界

The Children’s Day celebrations at ISA Tianhe concluded successfully on 1 June, coinciding with International Children’s Day. Established to safeguard children’s rights worldwide and respect their innate nature and right to development, International Children’s Day inspired this year’s event themed “Paint Your World with Colours”, reflecting the festival’s humanistic spirit. Packed with talent shows, fun booth games and exclusive gifts, the occasion brought children joyful and unforgettable holiday moments. Aligned with the IB learner profile, the ten learner attributes were embedded in playful activities, enabling students to embody core IB values through play and enjoy immersive personal growth.

6 月 1 日，恰逢国际儿童节，爱莎天河儿童节庆典圆满落幕。国际儿童节设立初衷，是守护全球儿童权益、尊重孩童天性与成长权利，本次盛典便以 “斑斓色彩，描绘童真世界” 为活动主题，呼应节日人文内核。整场活动汇集达人秀展演、趣味摊位游戏、节日惊喜礼品等丰富内容，为孩子们打造欢乐难忘的儿童节时光。围绕 IB 学习者培养目标，将十大学习者特质融入趣味实践，让孩子在玩乐中践行 IB 素养，收获沉浸式成长。

Centred on the theme “Paint Your World with Colours”, the rich palette stands for diversity and inclusion, for just as varied pigments combine to form a complete artwork, every student’s distinctive personality, talents and creative ideas make up an indispensable shade of the picture, and through booth games and talent shows, students explore independently and develop critical thinking, practise communication and learn empathy while collaborating with peers of different age groups, expand their imagination and creativity, hone social skills, internalise core IB philosophies through immersive play and achieve holistic growth in physical wellbeing, personal interests and all-round competencies under the guidance of holistic education.

以 “斑斓色彩，描绘童真世界” 为主题，丰富色彩象征多元与包容。如同各色颜料绘就完整画作，每个孩子独一无二的性格、特长与奇思，都是画面里不可缺少的色彩。孩子们在趣味摊位游戏与达人秀展演中主动探究、独立思辨；跨龄结伴协作间练习沟通、懂得换位思考，在体验中拓展想象力与创造力，锤炼社交本领，于沉浸式玩乐内化 IB 育人理念，在全人教育的滋养下，实现身心、志趣与综合素养的全面发展。

IB education centres on holistic development and the cultivation of well-rounded learners, with the Learner Profile running through all school activities. Upholding IB educational philosophy, we expect all students to grow into principled, open-minded and balanced individuals with the courage to express themselves bravely.

The Children’s Day Talent Show built a fantastic stage for students to challenge themselves and showcase strengths. Young performers stepped out of their comfort zones to sing, dance, play musical instruments and deliver storytelling, acting as risk-takers with boldness. Through preparing and presenting performances, students boosted self-confidence, polished communication skills and reflected on their strengths and shortcomings afterwards as reflective learners. The varied performances fully interpret the diversity of our campus culture.

IB 教育以全人培养为核心，学习者特质贯穿校园各项活动。秉持 IB 办学理念，我们致力于培育恪守准则、胸襟开阔、身心均衡的孩子，鼓励每位学生勇敢表达自我。

达人秀便是孩子们挑战自我、展示所长的优质舞台。小表演者们化身勇于尝试的冒险者，突破自我舒适区，带来歌唱、舞蹈、器乐演奏、故事演绎等多样节目。从前期排练到登台演出，孩子们不断建立自信、精进表达，结束后主动复盘优缺点，化身勤于反思的学习者。异彩纷呈的节目，淋漓尽致展现校园多元文化风貌。

Early Years and Primary students all actively engaged in booth games. Every game booth was planned, decorated and managed collaboratively by primary teachers and students. Working in teams to design game rules and set up venues, young hosts became knowledgeable in team coordination and principled when managing game rewards.

幼儿园小学全体师生积极参与摊位游戏，所有展位由小学师生协作策划布置、自主运营。在共同敲定游戏规则、布置摊位的协作过程中，小摊主们积累统筹经验，成长为知识渊博、富有原则的学习者。

Student booth keepers patiently explained rules to younger peers and supported Early Years children to complete challenges, fully embodying the IB attribute of being Caring. Every successfully completed game won a stamp, and collected stamps could be exchanged for exclusive festival gifts. Meanwhile, the PSG and Chinese Department were invited to run featured booths, bringing richer interactive experiences.

担任摊主的小学生耐心向低年龄段的伙伴讲解玩法、协助他们顺利闯关，一举一动践行 IB懂得关爱的素养。孩子们每通关一项游戏即可收获印章，集齐印章便能兑换定制节日礼品。学校同步邀约家委会与中文组开设特色摊位，丰富活动体验。

In the relaxed, colourful festive atmosphere, children explored games as curious inquirers, communicated constantly with companions and struck a healthy balance between entertainment and learning.

在轻松缤纷的节日氛围里，孩子们以探究者的好奇心探索各式游戏，在不间断的同伴协作中锻炼沟通能力，实现玩乐与成长双向平衡。

A fingerprint activity was also arranged onsite, where students left their unique colourful fingerprints to form one large vibrant artwork originally designed by art teacher Ms. Faith; each distinct print symbolises that every child is an essential member of the ISA Tianhe community, with individual glories joining together to build our warm and diverse campus family.

活动现场特设指纹签到打卡环节，这幅巨型斑斓画作由美术老师 Ms. Faith 主创设计，孩子们留下专属彩色指纹共同完成作品。每一枚指纹独一无二，象征每位孩子都是爱莎天河大家庭不可或缺的一员，以个体微光凝聚成多元温暖的校园社区。

Under our colourful child-centred theme, children immersed themselves in varied activities and felt sincere care and warmth from the whole ISA community.
