2024 middle school（G7-G9）
The registration time and arrangement for new students are as follows:
1. Registration of new students: 12:20-17:00 p.m. on August 21st.
2. Freshmen promoted to 7th, 8th and 9th grades are required to take the placement test; parents will go through the enrollment registration procedures and collect relevant items;
(1) Time for receiving admission notice and taking photos: 12:20-13:15
(2) Time schedule for student placement test:
13:30-15:30 (120 minutes for English)
15:40-17:10 (90 minutes for Maths)
(2) Time for parents to register and collect items: 13:30-17:30
1. Enter the school through the west gate
2. Receive the acceptance letter, take a group photo (the first floor of the administration building)
3. Receive the enrollment agenda (first floor of the administration building)
4. Receive the new student packet, school calendar, and schedule (Administration Building, first floor)
5. Fill in the enrollment form
6. Sign the Parental Permission Form, receive the Student Handbook and Resident Handbook, and hand in all relevant student information (Administration Building, 1st floor)
7. Check the bus information (outdoor gym)
8. Receive boarding supplies (for residential students) and other items (outdoor gym)
9.Receive school uniform (outdoor gymnasium)
10.End of registration
1. A copy of the student's personal documents (ID card or passport).
2. Official transcripts or school evaluation reports (in both English and Chinese, or English translation) for the past two years from the school the student attended, exemption for Primary 1 and Kindergarten.
3. Copy of current vaccination/immunisation records.
4. Physical examination report (routine physical examination certificate)
5. Copy of parent/guardian's passport/ID card
6. Early Enrolment Registration Form
Curriculum briefing for Year 7 : 14:00-15:00 on 21 August (gym)
Curriculum briefing for Year 8-9 will be held on 1 September (to be announced by the school department)
Check in Time: 14:00-17:30 on 1 September
Residential students will arrive at the campus to check in the dormitory and bring all their daily necessities to the dormitory.
