无锡华锐海归人才子女学校（无锡OCAC）是一所从幼儿园至高中的K12学校，面向中国、归国华人华侨及外籍人员子女，对于学生国籍和户籍无限制。

中锐IB先锋奖学金

“中锐IB先锋奖学金”是中锐教育集团为更好探索IB课程在中国优质化实施，真正践行“根深中华创新国际”“传承至善胜任未来”之教育理念而创立的奖学金项目。

中锐IB先锋奖学金项目面向目前就读于OCAC的在校生、以及新申请学生（中外籍不限），最高奖项包括学费全免。该奖学金项目以启发并培养充分体现与践行中锐教育理念的才识卓越的学子，彰显OCAC中小学部优秀治学与教学质量，并激励每位学生学有所成，引领OCAC社区共同进步，从而推动OCAC优质国际化教育的建设与发展。

“中锐IB先锋奖学金”细则

一、“中锐IB先锋奖学金”旨在鼓励具有如下志愿的学生：

1. 认可“根深中华，创新国际”的教育理念；

2. 努力成为“中西圆融，知行合一”之楷模；

3. 以“传承至善，胜任未来”为己任；

4. 以“自利利他”为行动准则，愿成就“有影响力的生命”。

二、申请“中锐IB先锋奖学金”的基本条件：

具备如下条件的学生均可申请：

1. 强内驱：有明确的学习目标，学习主动性强，是独立学习者和积极学习者；

2. 优学术：在课程广度上有拓展，在课程难度上有深度，在综合表现上是表率；

3. 多素养：学术或非学术领域有突出的兴趣和优势；

4. 高智慧：无自私自利的小聪明，具大格局的大智慧；

5. 真美德：具有良好的美德、积极的态度和卓越的领导力。

三、“中锐IB先锋奖学金”的分类：

OCAC小学部学费：90000元/学年

OCAC中学部学费：100000元/学年

1. 特等：全额奖学（学费全免）

2. 一等：半额奖学金（小学部减免后45000元/学年，中学部减免后50000元/学年）

3．二等：四分之一奖学金（小学部减免后67500元/学年，中学部减免后75000元/学年）

4．三等：十分之一奖学金（小学部减免后81000元/学年，中学部减免后90000元/学年）

四、在读学生如何申请“中锐IB先锋奖学金”？

在读学生无需特别申请，以如下成绩为参考：

1. MAP评估综合成绩

2. 在校各科成绩

3. 在校综合表现

由学校奖学金评审委员会根据以上成绩，并听取全体任课老师意见后确定获奖名单。

五、新生如何申请“中锐IB先锋奖学金”？

1. 填写“奖学金申请表”，发送至指定邮箱（申请表含中英文申请理由陈述）

2. 参加“奖学金评审委员会”的面试（中英文）

3. 家长参加面谈

六、“中锐IB先锋奖学金”发放时间：

“中锐IB先锋奖学金”每年评审一次，有效期为一年，每学年开学典礼时发放一次。（直接从学费中扣除）

Details of "Chiway IB Pioneer Scholarship”

(I) The Chiway IB Pioneer Scholarship is designed to encourage students who have the following virtues:

1. Recognize the belief of “Chinese Origins and Global Originality".

2. Strive to be a model student who has combined the best of both eastern and western philosophy and focused on the integration of knowledge, skills and active learning.

3. With historical virtues to competent for an uncertain and volatile future.

4. Willing to have an influential life with both egoism and altruism as the principle of behavior.

(2) Basic requirements for applying for the Chiway IB Pioneer Scholarship:

Students who meet the following requirements:

1. Strong internal drive: have clear learning goals, strong learning initiative, independent learners and active learners

2. Excellent academic performance: Expanding in course breadth and depth, exemplary in comprehensive performance

3. Multi literacy: have outstanding interests and advantages in academic or non-academic fields

4. High wisdom: no selfish wits, with great vision and wisdom

5. True Virtues: have good virtues, positive attitude and great leadership

(3) The classification of the "Chiway IB Pioneer Scholarship"

OCAC PYP Tuition：90000RMB/School Year

OCAC MYP Tuition：100000RMB/School Year

1. Premium Scholarship: Full tuition

2. First-class Scholarship：Half tuition
After Scholarship：45000RMB/School Year（PYP），50000RMB/School Year（MYP）

3. Second-class Scholarship：Quarter tuition
After Scholarship：67500RMB/School Year（PYP），75000RMB/School Year（MYP）

4. Third-class scholarship：One-tenth of tuition
After Scholarship：81000RMB/School Year（PYP），90000RMB/School Year（MYP）

(4) How can OCAC current students apply for "Chiway IB Pioneer Scholarship"?

No special application is required for current students.

The following grades will be taken as reference:

1. MAP comprehensive scores

2. School GPA

3. Comprehensive school performance

The scholarship candidate list will be determined by the scholarship committee based on the above results and the opinions of all the teachers.

(5) How can new students apply for the “Chiway IB Pioneer Scholarship”?

1. Fill in the "Scholarship Application Form" and send it to the specified email (Application Form with English and Chinese Essay)

2. Participate in the interview of the Scholarship Committee (in Chinese and English)

3. Parents interview

(6） Scholarship Release Time：

Scholarship applicants are reviewed annually and valid for one year, it will be deducted directly from the tuition.
