2022届毕业生录取喜报
Xi’an Liangjiatan International School (XLIS) was founded in 2003. It is the first IB world school in Northwestern China, fully authorized to offer all three IB programmes (PYP, MYP, and DP). Every XLIS high school graduate is required to complete the six subjects of the IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme) and three core subjects: the 4,000-word English Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge and Creativity Action and Service within two years. In terms of academics, the IBDP, a pre-university program, has been continuously recognized internationally, and can be directly transferred to freshman credits in many world-renowned institutions. At the same time, the ATL skills, practical experience, and academic challenges of high school students also show obvious advantages in the university application process, which will help them succeed in competing cross world-renowned school applications. We are proud of the class of 2022, they have faced and overcome many challenges in the past two years, but they have always remained positive and optimistic. We are also very proud of the impressive university acceptances they have got from world famous schools. By this week, we have received over thirty offers with one hundred and thirty thousand US dollars scholarship from renowned postsecondary institutions in USA, UK, Canada, Australia and Hong Kong SAR.
西安梁家滩国际学校（前为西安高新国际学校国际部）成立于2003年，学校是西北地区第一所率先实现幼儿园至高中十五年一贯制的IB国际文凭组织全课程认证授权学校。在我校，每一位高中毕业生都需要在两年内完成国际文凭组织大学预科项目（高中）的六门学科课程和4000词英文拓展论文、知识论和社区服务实践三门核心课程。学术方面，国际文凭大学预科项目（高中）课程连续得到国际认可，在很多世界知名院校可以直接转换大一学分。同时，高中生的学习方法技能、实践经验、学术挑战在大学申请的过程中也体现出明显优势，有助于他们在竞争激烈的世界名校申请中取得成功。我们为 2022 届毕业生感到自豪，他们在过去两年中不断面对和克服许多挑战，却始终保持积极乐观，勇往直前；我们更为同学们取得的一封封世界名校录取通知书感到无比骄傲。截至本周，我校2022届国际文凭组织大学预科项目（高中）毕业生已收到来自美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚，香港等国家及地区的30余封世界名校录取通知书及十三万美元的奖学金。

“The college application process presents an opportunity for personal growth, self-reflection, and self-discovery.” XLIS College Guidance Counseling is provided to support and guide students and their families as they engage in this challenging process. Official source of admission information is passed on to the students and parents so that they can be equipped with application knowledge and the necessary skills to find their good matches and the best-fit schools. Higher secondary school students have two regular lessons per week to guide the students in high school to prepare for university applications at all stages, such as how to choose a school, the requirements for admission, the application platforms and how to write personal statement, how to request and prepare other application materials such as recommendation letters and standardized examinations. University offers are awarded for each student`s uniqueness, academic excellence, service in the community of the world. They have been recognized by the spirit of humanity, sharing the responsibility of protecting the earth (and as stated in the mission of the International Baccalaureate) “help create a better and more peaceful world.” (IBO) The XLIS secondary teachers feel proud to have contributed to the growth of these young people and look forward to seeing what they will accomplish in the world. Again, congratulations, Class of 2022!
近年来IB文凭及其教育质量被越来越多的大学认可，国际文凭大学预科项目（高中）毕业生们也拿到了越来越多的英美澳加等国家和地区名校录取。我校有全职驻校升学指导老师为所有在校国际家庭提供一对一大学升学指导服务。为学生和家长传递重要的大学申请知识和信息，让他们都能用这些知识和信息武装自己,同时拥有明辨是非的能力，逐步了解每个学校都有自己的长处，申请到最适合自己的就是最好的大学。高中生一周有校内大学升学常规课程，辅导高中段学生各阶段大学申请的准备工作，例如如何择校、学校录取要求、如何规划课外实习活动，申请方式以及如何准备个人文书，如何获取推荐信及标准化考试等其他申请资料。每一位同学都在申请中展示出独一无二的自己，一封封大学录取通知书就是对他们辛苦付出的回报，更是对他们身上所具备的世界公民素养的认可。正如国际文凭学习者培养目标提到的“他们承认人类共有的博爱精神，分担守护地球的责任，帮助开创一个更美好、更和平的世界”。西安梁家滩国际教育社区为这些年轻的学生感到自豪，再次祝贺我校第十一届高中毕业生暨国际文凭大学预科项目（高中）2022届的同学们！
