每个国家拥有不同的文化与习俗，共同构成五彩缤纷的世界。不同的文化底蕴与节日庆典，体现了文化的多样性与包容性。

3月17日，CBIS国际文化日2023拉开帷幕。我们将多元融合的世界装进CBIS校园，为每位参与活动的嘉宾带来沉浸式的时空穿梭体验，共同感受文化的广博与精彩，一起环游世界。

Different cultures of each country constitute our world. Different cultural backgrounds present the diversity of culture. CBIS respects the cultural differences of various countries and learns from the culture of other countries.

On March 17th, CBIS International Day 2023 kicked off and the multicultural world is packed into our CBIS campus.

本次国际日以“世界各地的节日”为主题，来自全球27个国家的文化以节日为载体进行呈现，世界各国的风土人情一一呈现。

首先登场的是各国代表队游行，学生穿着各国的特色服饰纵情欢乐、尽情狂欢。他们用独特的音乐与热情的舞蹈向大家问候，各国文化、艺术在舞台上交融，为全体师生和家长带来了一场视听盛宴。

With the theme of "Festivals Around the World", the culture and festival customs from more than 20 countries around the world were presented.

We began with a 27-countries parade. All the teachers and students wore fantastic clothes to show different countries' culture.

CBIS总校长杨如华在活动开幕式上致辞。他表示学校通过举办多元文化的体验和互动，帮助学生形成自已克服困难、超越自我、建立自信、追求卓越的具体行动。从而努力践行 IB 国际课程的使命宣言，实现 CBIS“中国灵魂、世界眼光、国际情怀”的育人目标。更加自信地面对人生、为有能力弘扬传播中国文化，打下坚实基础。以此来创造一个更加美好、更加和平的世界。

Mr. Yang Ruhua, the general principal of CBIS, gave a speech. "Through multicultural experience and interaction, our students have taken concrete actions to overcome difficulties, surpass themselves, build self-confidence and pursue excellence. They also strive to meet the CBIS mission statement of becoming a person with "Chinese Soul, Global View, and International Mindedness". Our students will be more confident in life, lay a solid foundation for the ability to carry forward and disseminate Chinese culture, and make their contribution to creating a better and more peaceful world."

精彩绝伦的表演结束后，我们来到位于中庭的“世界文化日”摊位现场。CBIS学子根据世界各国的特色设置不同风格的展位，他们拿出最具地域特色的美食、特产、手工艺品，并通过趣味游戏与互动环节吸引路人。

除此以外，家长、学生与教师精心准备了歌曲、舞蹈串烧、乐队表演，为每位嘉宾带来一场全方位、多维度的文化盛宴。

最后，由学校领导为本次活动表现出色的班级颁发奖状，感谢他们的倾情投入与全力付出。

After the wonderful performance, we came to the "International Day" Market, where students set up booths of different styles from countries around the world, serving regional cuisine, special products, and handicrafts.

In addition, our students, teachers and parents also gave performances for songs, dances and live band. What a show!!!

At the end of the show, our school leaders presented the certificate of award to the class who performed well on the International Day.

本次国际文化日为全体CBIS师生打开一扇看世界的窗口，他们以传统节日的角度，用舞蹈、歌唱等不同的表演方式诠释了对各国文化的理解；他们探究各国的文化差异，并在平等与尊重中感悟其中的亮点。

希望全体学子在本次活动中了解世界文化，开始心怀天下，成为具有“中国灵魂、世界眼光、国际情怀”的终身学习者。

On the International Day, all the CBIS teachers and students explored the culture of different countries from the perspective of traditional festivals, it was a wonderful show and everyone did an excellent job! Looking forward to the next INTERNATIONAL DAY!
