Since its establishment five years ago, the Future Leadership Academy at blue Bay, LingShui has attracted teachers and students from more than ten countries worldwide, creating a diverse and dynamic learning community that enriches our campus with a tapestry of cultural fusion. Our curriculum combines the best of Eastern and Western pedagogical approaches, employing project-based learning, modular teaching, and an interdisciplinary framework to encourage students to embrace open-mindedness and inclusivity. By fostering extensive cross-cultural communication, we aim to help every student to have more choices in life.

At FLA, we pride ourselves on our optimal teacher-to-student ratio of 1:4, which enables our students to receive personalized mentorship from the exceptional managers and teachers who used to work at Beijing No.4 High School. Our academic program offers a blend of Western and Eastern elements and covers dozens of interest-based courses including humanities, arts, sports, and technology, aiming not only to pique students' interests but also to inspire their learning potential.

课程概述 About Our Curriculum

未来领导力学校践行本土化的国际教育路线，以中华文化为根基，参考发达国家的优质国际课程，设计实施中西合璧、层次多样的课程及活动体系，涵盖语言、人文社会科学、数理科技、艺术、体育等领域。学校借助所在地的自然资源优势，开设海洋课程、高尔夫球课程等；借助学校的社会资源优势，开设领导力与企业家精神课程和未来赋能课程等校本课程。

在教学过程中，采用项目式学习(Project Based Learning)、跨学科学习(Interdisciplinary Learning)、在线学习(On-line Learning)等多种教学方式。课程覆盖从幼儿园到高中全部学段（2—18岁），学生在丰富而优秀的文化中，循序渐进地习得知识、培养技能、提高素养，成为具有“世界意识”和“中国认同”的未来引领者。

The Future Leadership Academy adheres to a localized international education approach. With Chinese culture as the foundation and high-quality international curriculum of developed countries as a reference, we design and implement a diverse range of courses and activities that blend Eastern and Western cultures across various fields, including languages, humanities and social sciences, mathematics and sciences, arts, and sports. Leveraging the natural resources of its location, the school offers courses such as oceanography and golf. Additionally, based on our social resources, we provide school-based courses such as leadership and entrepreneurship, as well as future empowerment courses.

The teaching models we use include but are not limited to Project Based Learning, Interdisciplinary Learning, and Online Learning models. We have several series of courses, which start from 2 years in age to 18. We aim to guide the students to dive in and enjoy the plentiful and splendid culture and to learn more, to obtain skills and to acquire literacy. We hope that our students will become future leaders with Chinese identity and world consciousness.

小学课程Primary School Curriculum

基于中国国家课程，借助全球先进的教学方法，打造中英文双母语教学环境，贯穿古今的中英文大阅读学习，为学生打造扎实的学习根基，丰富的ASP课程，尽可能地发掘学生的兴趣与潜能，达成我们全人教育目标。

Based on the Chinese national curriculum and with the help of advanced teaching methods from around the world, we create a bilingual teaching environment in Chinese and English. Through inclusive reading in both languages throughout the ages, we aim to provide students with a solid foundation in learning. Our rich ASP courses will help students explore their interests and potential, thus realizing holistic education.

初中部课程Junior High School Curriculum

初中学生通过学习中国国家课程巩固学科知识，通过国际课程拓宽知识宽度与语言能力的进一步提升，为其未来不同升学通路做好准备。

Junior high school students will consolidate their subject learning through the Chinese national curriculum and broaden knowledge and improve language skills through international curriculum, thus preparing themselves for different pathways to future education.

高中部课程Senior High School Curriculum

高中国内部在中国国家课程基础上更开设了强基计划、理科竞赛班、托福与外教口语课程，多种方式、多种途径，全面培养优秀学生，提升学生学科思维与学习品质，促进培养优异学生长效发展。高中国际部提供AP与Alevel课程学习，小班制教学，全面以及个性化的课程体系，并开设升学规划课程，助力学生考取世界名校。

In addition to the Chinese national curriculum, the senior high school domestic division also provides the Strong Foundation Program, science competition classes, TOEFL and oral English classes taught by native speakers. Various comprehensive approaches are employed to cultivate outstanding students, improve their academic thinking and learning, and promote the long-term development of excellent students.The senior high school international division provides AP and A-level courses, small class teaching, comprehensive and personalized curriculum system, as well as further education planning guidance to help students get into prestigious universities around the world.

FLA Jian Lake Blue Bay Golf Academy boasts the highest-level golf course in Hainan. Students on the varsity golf team can enjoy the pleasures of both studying and athletic achievement, with balanced development of their academic and athletic pursuits.
