学生进入了国际化升学通道后,在G10(高一)阶段将完成基础课程,为科学、语言、人文、表演艺术、体育和国家核心课程等学科打下夯实基础。该课程增加了学生接触不同专业学科领域的机会、拓展了学生的全面学习经验,并使他们能发掘新的兴趣和潜在的才能,为未来选择升学通路做好准备。

到了G10的第二学期,学生们将从A-Level、AP或HKDSE(香港中学文凭考试)中选择各自的升学通路,并在学习数学、英语和国家核心课程的基础上,选择G11-12(高二-高三)具体学习的课程。无论学生是计划申请英美等国外名校,又或是选择报读中国知名大学,不同升学通道下都涵盖着多项学科的选择机会以及同样充分的全球大学入学准备,以及学生未来所选职业的学习需求包括数学、科学、人文和表演艺术。通过为学生提供多种课程选择,能够使他们能在专注理想学业深造之余,完成大学专业又或是未来职业的互通互融。

Upon successful entry into the International Pathway, students in G10 will complete a Foundation Year comprised of a broad range of courses from disciplines including science, language, humanities, performing arts, and sport alongside their core mathematics, English, and CNC courses. This robust integrated curriculum increases students' exposure to different subject areas, expands their overall educational experience, and allows them the possibility to discover new interests and hidden talents in preparation for their learning pathway selection.

In the 2nd semester of G10, students will decide their own personal learning pathway choosing from A-Level, AP, or HKDSE together with specefic courses they want to study at G11-12 alongside their core mathematics, English, and CNC courses. Whether a student plans to attend university in the UK, USA, or China, the course offerings in each pathway cover multiple disciplines, worldwide university requirements, and learners’ career needs including mathematics, science, humanities, and performing arts. This provides greater efficiency in their senior high school education because students focus on what they want to learn for their university major or career. By offering learners more control over curriculum choices, students concentrate their efforts and attention on what they want to learn, thus providing more engagement and efficiency in their study.

Enrichment is a purposeful decision by students to participate in a wide range of activities that can enhance their skillset and understanding and develop positive character traits. Ardingly College, Zhongshan focuses on 3 important aspects of enrichment which are Co-curricular Activities, Academic Activities, and Super-curricular Activities.

It is advisable for ACZS students to participate fully in academics activities; take advantage of the opportunity to pursue university major and career related co-curricular activities in school; and devote personal time and effort to exploring Super-curricular activities outside school to ensure that their university application stands out among those of their peers.

Teachers' Development 

At ACZS, we believe that there is no end to learning, and that includes all teachers. The school will work with a number of international platforms to provide further education programmes for all staff including training with Cambridge exam board, continuous INSET, and curriculum development research with educational elites from around the world to ensure that each of our teachers are at the forefront of the world's educational workforce.



The curriculum is rigorous, and students are required to have a high level of English competency to succeed. At Ardingly College, Zhongshan special attention is paid to gauge each student’s English competency: programmes of different intensity are tailored to suit each student's individual needs.


These programmes are run by a team of highly innovative English-speaking teachers to ensure their level of English fluency and literacy is adequate to handle not only A Level, AP, and HKDSE exams, but also the challenging university courses students will progress onto. Students will engage in our university preparation programme which fully prepares each student to apply to the world’s leading universities.

ACZS ensures that all students achieve an undergraduate level of flfluency andliteracy in English before they graduate from International High School.
