Have you ever heard about the story of "Aladdin"? At Tungwah Wenzel International School (TWIS), our talented PYP students recently took this classic story and transformed it into an extraordinary musical play, delivering a memorable theatrical experience that transports the audience into a realm of magic and wonder.

学生所演绎的《阿拉丁》音乐剧讲述的是一位名叫阿拉丁（Aladdin）的街童与苏丹王的女儿茉莉（Jasmine）公主相爱的故事。在这一过程中，阿拉丁曾被邪恶的贾方（Jafar）指使去取回一盏神灯，结果他发现了里面住着一个精灵（Genie），这个精灵能帮助他实现三个愿望。阿拉丁利用第一个愿望成为王子，期盼赢得茉莉公主的芳心。当发现贾方对他图谋不轨时，阿拉丁得到了朋友和精灵的帮助，最终战胜了贾方，而且，阿拉丁用了最后一个愿望释放了被困已久的精灵，打破了数个世纪的魔咒。

"Aladdin" tells the story of a young street boy called Aladdin who falls in love with Princess Jasmine, daughter of the Sultan of Agrabah. Recruited by the evil Jafar to retrieve a magical lamp, Aladdin discovers a genie who grants him three wishes. Using his first wish to become a prince, Aladdin aims to win Jasmine's heart, but Jafar schemes against him. With the help of his loyal friends and the powerful Genie, Aladdin outsmarts Jafar and ultimately uses his final wish to free the trapped Genie, breaking the centuries-old curse.

This remarkable production marks the PYP students' first foray into the world of musical, allowing them to explore their creativity and artistic talents. With their heartfelt performances, they brought the characters to life, infusing their own interpretations and adding depth to the narrative. With extraordinary acting, impeccable delivery of lines, and a breathtaking ensemble of singing and dancing talents from our PYP students, the stage came alive.

For example, our main characters are enthusiastic PYP students who showcased their skills after participating in auditions and being assigned suitable roles. Interspersed between the different chapters of the story are songs and dances from different PYP grades - almost everyone had the opportunity to showcase their talents on stage.
