Einstein once said that "interest is the best teacher for children." The After School Activities (ASA) is an extension and essential supplement to the daily courses.
CBIS Bilingual School has launched exciting ASA to cultivate children's interests and enrich their extracurricular life. The school also encourages students to develop their own courses independently.
On June 9th and July 5th, we held exhibitions for students’ works, including fun origami, paper drawing, traditional Chinese painting, calligraphy, mind mapping, printmaking, weaving, simple strokes, light clay art, experimental models, and wool felt.
Under the teacher's guidance, the students unleashed their imaginations and created numerous unique works.
On June 27, hosted by the English recitation and hosting classes students, the ASA performance provided a platform for students to display the skills they’ve learned. The performances include Drumming, Vocals and Motricity, language art, chorus, dance "Western Doll", Japanese song "Want to become a cat", and dance "Gardenia Blossom".
Every note and melody constitute a perfect experience. Every drop of sweat and action create a visual feast. All students have shown their confidence and bravery, who enjoyed the stage and the shining moments.
For students, ASA is like a dessert in campus life. Although it is the last dish, it always refreshes and relaxes them. In the upcoming new academic year, CBIS will continuously optimize ASA courses and improve students' comprehensive literacy to ensure they ride the wind and waves on the path of growth and achieve success.
