Through a variety of activities, the school management team helped the new teachers to understand ASJ Dongguan's education philosophy, school culture and regulations, to clarify their teaching responsibilities, tasks and objectives, and to ensure that the teachers shared the school's vision so that they could make a positive difference in their future teaching.

学校管理团队通过一系列丰富多彩的培训活动帮助新教师们了解东莞ASJ的教育理念、校园文化以及规章制度，明确教师的教学职责、教学任务以及教学目标，确保教师们能够充分理解学校的办学愿景，以便在日后的教学工作中做出积极的示范。

At the same time, the school has also arranged experienced teachers from various departments to act as 'mentors' to support the learning of new teachers, sharing their professional knowledge and experience in communicating with students.

The team-building activity with the IB Department brought together all the teachers and staff of the school, giving everyone the opportunity to get to know each other, laying a good foundation for effective collaboration in the future, and was beneficial for new teachers to integrate into the ASJ community, demonstrating the care that a 'big family' should have.

与学校IB学部共同举行的团建活动将大家凝聚在一起，加深对彼此的了解，为今后工作中的高效合作打下良好的基础，同时也对新教师们融入ASJ社区有所助益，展现出一个“大家庭”应有的关怀。
