家校沟通渠道
Communications
我们会定期发布《班级快讯》，及时向家长呈现孩子在班级和学校里的教育教学活动，以及学生的成长瞬间，同时也包括部分重要通知。以上快讯和通知将通过企业微信发送给各位家长，请注意查收阅读。如果您有任何疑问或对孩子在校情况需要联系学校和老师，请通过以下三种方式：
We will regularly publish "Class Newsletter" of the whole school, to timely show parents the education and teaching activities of their children in class and school, as well as the growth moments of students, and also include some important notices. The above news and notice will be sent to all parents through Wecom. Please check and read.

电话 Call us
如您需要到校与老师面对面交流沟通，请您在工作时间内致电招生前台电话提前预约对应的老师。如您需要预约与校长面对面交流沟通，请您在工作时间内致电校长助理电话提前预约。由于老师和其他人员工作繁忙，强烈建议您以此方式联系预约老师或相关人员。
If you need to come to the school to communicate with the teacher face to face, please call the admissions receptionist during working hours to make an appointment with the corresponding teacher in advance. If you need to make an appointment to meet the headmaster face-to-face, please call the headmaster's assistant during working hours to make an appointment in advance. Due to the busy schedules of teachers and other staff, it is highly recommended that you contact the teacher or the person concerned in this way to make an appointment.

企业微信 WeChat us
班主任老师将在企业微信中，建立各年级各班的沟通群。班主任会在近期以短信形式通知家长和发送企业微信号，并拉入班级群。由于老师们工作时间内，教学工作繁忙，可能回复无法做到非常及时，紧急情况除外。
Homeroom teachers will create WeChat groups by class / grade. A text message will be sent to parents from homeroom teachers notifying the corresponding WeChat ID and parents will be included in each group. Teachers may not be able to respond your WeChat messages during working hours unless an emergency.

邮件 E-mail us
学校每两周将以PDF文件的形式发布《校园快讯》，快讯包括校内活动、重要通知等。请仔细查阅《校园快讯》将有助于您及时获取学生校园生活和学习的资讯。为确保您准时收到，请大家将学校邮箱记录入地址簿，电邮系统打入垃圾邮件文件夹。我们将同时将快讯电邮给父母双方。此外，班主任老师每周也将发送《班级快讯》至家长群。
E-The school will send out a Principal's Newsletter every two weeks to your e-mail, in which you will find school agenda and important notices etc. Please review the newsletter carefully to keep you informed of the school's updates. To receive the newsletter, please ensure the school's e-mail address is placed in your address book in case the e-mail goes into your spam folder。 Both parents will receive the newsletter. In addition, homeroom teachers will forward the Class Newsletter to the WeChat group as well.

Pass & Transportation

家长入校需要有效身份证明文件登记。如果您要和老师或校长见面，请务必提前预约。
Parents need to bring a valid ID to enter CBFS campus. To meet our teachers or principals, please make an appointment in advance.

出于安全考虑，私家车在任何时间段内都不得进入校园。
For safety purpose, parents’ vehicles may not enter the campus at any time.

学生上午7:50起进校、早餐，8:15开始晨读，8:30第一节课。自行开车送孩子的家长可开车从彼一米森林学校东门进入到指定临时停车点靠一侧有序停放（请遵守临时停车要求），为避免拥堵，请家长们在送完孩子后立即驶离。
Students enter the school and have breakfast at 7:45 am. Morning reading starts at 8:15 am. The first period starts at 8:30 am. For parents who drive their children to school, Parents who drive their children on their own can drive through the East gate of CBFS to the designated temporary parking spot and park in an orderly manner on one side. We have a drop-off-and-go policy to avoid any traffic congestion.

每周一到周五，学校提供丰富多彩的课外课、辅导看护，时间为16:00到17:30。学生将在17:50晚餐结束后由家长接走或乘坐校车离开学校。
From Monday to Friday, the school offers a variety of after-school classes and dinner from 16:00 to 17:30. For the students who attend extracurricular classes, students will be picked up by their parents or taken out of school by school bus at 17:50.

学生放学由家长来校接，在家长等待区等候，老师将把孩子带到等待区。请家长务必准时来接，因为之后教职员工需完成其余工作（上课外课、进行教研、参加会议、制定计划等），无法照看学生。
Students who do not take the school bus will be picked up by their parents after school. Please enter the parents' waiting area on the first floor with your pass and wait. Teachers will take your children to you.

如需校门前临时停车请听从保安指挥。如驾驶员经劝告后仍不服从指示，学校有权请交警来处理。
If you need temporary parking in front of the school gate, please follow the security command. If the driver still does not obey the instructions after advice, the school has the right to call the traffic police to deal with it.

校园内包括校门口严禁吸烟。
Smoking is strictly prohibited on campus, including at the school gate.
着装要求
Dress Code
学会在不同的场合着装不同，是孩子学会独立和礼仪的一部分。当季节变换时我们会发通知提醒校服搭配。关于近期着装，我们有这些提示：
Learning to dress differently for different occasions is part of a child's social development. When the seasons change, we will send a notice to remind you of the uniform policy. Here are some tips:

请于每周一和正式活动当天着正装校服、体育课着体育校服套装。如需增订，请参考附件。
Please wear your formal school uniform on Mondays and official days, and your PE uniform kit in PE lessons. Dress code and how to place an additional uniform are attached.

学生参加户外活动请戴上帽子。
Students should wear hats for outdoor activities.

请家长务必在所有校服、帽子及个人物品上写上学生全名和班级。
Parents are requested to write the student's full name and class number on all school uniforms, hats and personal items.

学校将给每一位学生免费提供一件学院服。家长如需为孩子额外增订学院服，请直接联系班主任老师，另行付费购买（70元/件）。
Each student will be provided with one polo shirt free of charge. If you would like to buy additional house uniforms, please contact your homeroom teacher directly (70 Yuan per one).

Please fill in the relevant information forms in order to register students (those who meet the age requirement for enrolment) and to have a better understanding of their basic situation (see attachment 5).

学生不得使用任何电子设备，包括：手机、智能手表、iPad、iTouch 及音频播放设备。
Students are not allowed to use any electronic devices, including mobile phones, smartwatches, iPads, iTouches or audio players.
