“Actions light up the world.” On September 5th, ISA Wuhan Charity Fund launched a volunteer recruitment activity, and ISA community members from 8 divisions of the university responded positively, actively signed up, and illuminated the campus in September with small actions of public welfare.

志同心，愿同行。9月5日，武汉爱莎公益基金发起志愿者招募活动，来自全校8个学部的爱莎社区成员积极响应，踊跃报名，用公益的点滴行动，照亮9月的校园。

As the 11th International Day of Charity at the United Nations, September 5th is a day of special significance for the whole world. In 1997, Mother Teresa, who advocated peace and was martyred for a lifetime, passed away on this day, and in honor of her outstanding contribution to international philanthropy, the United Nations designated this day as "International Day of Charity", which aims to mobilize people, non-governmental organizations and social stakeholders around the world to actively help others through volunteer and charitable activities.

作为联合国第11个“国际慈善日”，9月5日对于全世界都是具有特别意义的一天。主张和平，一生殉道，博爱的特里萨修女在1997年的这一天与世长辞，为纪念她对国际慈善事业做出的突出贡献，联合国将这一天定为“国际慈善日”,旨在动员全世界人民、非政府组织及社会利益相关者通过志愿者和慈善活动，积极帮助他人。

China also designated this day as "China's Charity Day". ISA Wuhan Charity Fund specially chose this commemorative day to call on all teachers and students to join the volunteer service team, actively practice the campus spirit of serving others and repaying the society.

而中国也将这一天定为“中华慈善日”。武汉爱莎公益基金特别选择了这个具有纪念意义的日子，号召全校师生加入志愿者服务队伍，积极践行为他人服务，回报社会的校园精神。

Three students from ISA Wenhua Wuhan Primary School travelled around the campus as the first batch of volunteers to explain ISA Wuhan Charity Fund to the entire ISA community members, popularize the awareness of public welfare services, publicize ISA Charity Future Activities, and invite everyone to join the volunteer team.

来自武汉爱莎文华小学的三名学生作为公益基金第一批志愿者，穿梭在校园各个角落，向整个爱莎社区成员们讲解武汉爱莎公益基金，普及公益服务意识，宣传爱莎公益未来活动，并邀请大家加入志愿者队伍。

Walking into classrooms, teachers' offices, gymnasiums and restaurants, our little volunteers took steps step by step, with sincerity and warmth, care and patience, to obtain enthusiastic responses from all ISA community members.

走进教室、办公室、体育馆、餐厅，武汉爱莎的小小志愿者们一步一个脚印，用真诚与温暖，细心与耐心，获得爱莎社区成员的热情响应。

"The 5th of September of this year is the eighth China's Charity Day, and ISA Wuhan has designated the entire month of September as ISA Charity Month. ISA Wuhan will light up the whole world with its own actions. In the follow-up activities, we will plan more public welfare projects, and sincerely hope that everyone will actively participate in our public welfare projects and pass our love." Ms. Ping Liu, Director of ISA Wuhan Charity Fund, said.

ISA Wuhan Charity Fund was just established in May this year, with the growth of ISA Wuhan School, the original intention is to practice ISA educational values, cultivate children's sense of global citizenship and social responsibility. Through this campus volunteer recruitment, more students, teachers and parents will be volunteers of ISA Wuhan Charity Fund, so that ISA's love can be passed on.
