2023年10月5日下午，为更好地开展粤港澳大湾区基础教育协作，促进教育交流，广州暨大港澳子弟学校总校长谭日旭，暨大港澳子弟学校总督学赖永春，广州暨大港澳子弟学校执行校长封岩、学术副校长李绮玲，佛山暨大港澳子弟学校副校长姚汝基等一行到访香港恒生大学进行交流。

香港恒生大学署任校长、副校长（机构发展）方永豪博士，署理副校长（教学及学生体验）符可莹教授，环球事务主管丘梓勤博士，教务处经理吴天恩女士等出席了座谈会。

方永豪博士对暨大港澳子弟学校一行的到来表示热烈欢迎，并播放了香港恒生大学最新宣传影片，介绍了学校教学模式，教学特色以及校园环境等情况。

吴天恩女士分享了香港恒生大学奖学金政策以及收生程序等情况，双方就之前签订的“校长推荐计划”开始进一步商讨，并表示有机会将会到暨大港澳子弟学校现场向ASJ学子与家长进行分享和介绍。

暨大港澳子弟学校总督学赖永春对香港恒生大学的热情接待和经验分享表示感谢。他表示，从学校介绍和学生分享中感受到香港恒生大学对学生的良好教育，希望以后两校的交流更加紧密，让暨大港澳子弟学校在校园设置，学术教育与学生体验方面向香港恒生大学进一步学习交流。

广州暨大港澳子弟学校总校长谭日旭认为，这次是一个难得机会，让四个不同城市的学校聚集在一起交流。这次座谈会，也从各方面深入了解了香港恒生大学的教学力量，并就学生培养方面进行了解。

符可莹教授表示在恒大每位教职工都与学生很亲近，学校会为学生提供各种各样的活动，而教职工也会尽心尽力地让学生在活动和学习中有所得，让学生收获到其他学校所没有的经验和心得，从而更好地培养学生。在此，符可莹教授也期望暨大港澳子弟学校往后推荐更多优秀的学生来恒大就读。

此前，香港恒生大学何顺文校长一行13人曾莅临广州暨大港澳子弟学校，双方就“校长推荐计划”等合作内容签订合作备忘。未来，双方将继续探讨粤港基础教育融合、基础教育与高等教育衔接等问题，深化合作奠定基础。

On the afternoon of 5 October 2023, in order to better develop the collaboration of basic education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and to promote educational exchanges, Tan Yatsu, the Chief Principal of Guangzhou-ASJ, Lai Yongchun, the Academic Chief Inspector of ASJ, Feng Yan, the Executive Principal of Guangzhou-ASJ, and Elaine Li, the Academic Vice-Principal of Guangzhou-ASJ, as well as Yao Ruiji, the Vice-Principal of Foshan-ASJ, visited the Hong Kong Hang Seng University (HKHSU) for exchanges.

Dr Fong Wing-ho, Acting President and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Institutional Advancement), Professor Foo Ho Ying, Acting Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Teaching and Learning and Student Experience), Dr Yau Tsz-kan, Head of Global Affairs, and Ms Ng Tin-yan, Manager of Academic Affairs Office of the Hong Kong Hang Seng University (HKHSU) were present at the symposium.

Dr Fang Yonghao expressed his warm welcome to the delegation of ASJ and showed the latest promotional video of Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK), introducing the school's teaching mode, teaching characteristics and campus environment.

Ms. Ng shared the scholarship policy and admission procedure of HSU. Both sides started further discussion on the "Principal's Recommendation Scheme" signed before, and indicated that they would come to ASJ to share and introduce to the ASJ students and their parents when there is an opportunity.

Mr Lai Yongchun, Academic Chief Inspector of ASJ, expressed his gratitude to Hang Seng University of Hong Kong for its warm reception and experience sharing. He said that from the introduction of the school and the sharing of the students, he felt that HSUHK has provided good education to the students. He hoped that the exchanges between the two schools would be closer in the future, so that ASJ could further learn and exchange with HSUHK in terms of the campus setting, academic education and students' experience.

Tan Yatsu, Chief Principal of Guangzhou ASJ, believes that this is a rare opportunity for schools from four different cities to come together for exchanges. The symposium also provided an in-depth understanding of the teaching strength of HSUHK  from various aspects and on student training.

Professor Fu Keying said that every staff member in HSUHK is very close to the students, the school will provide various activities for the students, and the staff members will do their best to make the students gain something from the activities and learning, so that the students can gain experiences and insights that are not available in other schools, so as to cultivate the students in a better way. Prof Fu also hopes that ASJ will recommend more outstanding students to study at HSUHK in the future.

Previously, President Ho Shun-man of HSUHK and his 13-member delegation visited Guangzhou ASJ, and both sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on co-operation in respect of the "Principal's Recommendation Scheme" and other co-operation contents. In the future, the two sides will continue to discuss issues such as the integration of basic education in Guangdong and Hong Kong, and the interface between basic education and higher education, so as to lay the foundation for deepening co-operation.
