During the exchange trip, teachers listened to Mr. Kwun-fan Liang, Principal of ELCHK Lutheran Secondary School, introduce the "Metacognitive Teaching Strategy", which empowers students to reflect on their own thinking by guiding them to be aware of the learning objectives and the learning process, thus achieving a very good teaching and learning effect. The concept of "independent learning" shared by Ms. Veronica YAU, Principal of Fanling Kau Yan College, also provided teachers with insights into innovative teaching. In addition, our teachers had face-to-face exchanges with teachers from various schools in Hong Kong, sharing their teaching experiences and teaching tips with each other.

此次交流之行，在信义中学，教师们听取了梁冠芬校长关于“元认知教学策略”的介绍，这种策略通过引导学生对学习目标和学习过程的认知，帮助其深入思考和自我管理，从而实现了很好的教学效果。粉岭救恩书院校长邱洁莹女士的“自主学习”理念同样为老师们提供了创新教学的灵感和启示。此外，我校教师还与各港校教师进行了面对面对话，彼此分享教育经验和教学心得。

As well as an exchange of information and ideas, this was a great opportunity to also formally enter into a sister-school partnership between ASJ (Dongguan) and St. Antonius Girls' College. During this signing, Mr.  Samuel Kam, Principal of ASJ （Dongguan） Secondary Department, and Ms. Pui-lui Chu, Principal of St. Antonius Girls' College agreed to promote student exchanges, mutual visits of teachers and sharing of educational resources in the future to further promote the development of education in the Greater Bay Area.

本次交流活动最浓墨重彩的一笔，在我校中学部校长金礼贤先生和圣安当女书院校长朱蓓蕾女士的共同签署下，两校正式缔结为姐妹学校，未来双方将持续开展学生交流、教师互访和教育资源共享等方面的合作，进一步推动大湾区教育事业的发展。

I exchanged ideas with the social worker at Fanling Kau Yan College and he gave me a memorable book and bookmark, which was very rewarding for me."

“10月5-6日，作为香港交流代表团成员之一，我分别在‘圣安当女书院’‘基督教香港信义会信义中学’‘粉岭救恩书院’进行参观、学习、听课、交流等，深入了解当前香港教育模式、学生现状、心理工作目前发展现状等内容，收获颇多！我在粉岭救恩书院的社工室与该校的社工进行交流，社工老师还送了我一本书和书签。”
