第一届CISH枫叶龙杯游泳挑战赛

Maintain a good habit of exercise and constantly challenge the principles embraced by every CISH member. Swimming, as a high-quality aerobic activity, not only enhances our overall physical fitness but also provides stress relief. This sport is also recognized as a mandatory course at many top foreign universities. In order to encourage more students to participate in swimming, the CISH After-School Activity Center will host the inaugural Maple Leaf Dragon Cup Swimming Challenge on the morning of October 29.

保持运动的良好习惯，不断的挑战自己每一个CISH成员秉承的理念，而游泳作为一个优质的有氧运动，不光能全方位的提高我们的身体素质，还可以舒缓压力。这项运动也被众多国外顶级大学作为校园必选科目之一。为了让更多的同学参与游泳运动当中来，CISH课后活动中心将与10月29日上午举办第一届枫叶龙杯游泳挑战赛。

This event is exclusively for current CISH students and is divided into three categories based on grade levels (G1-3, G4-6, G7-9). There will be three competitive events: 25m/50m breaststroke, 25m/50m freestyle, and a fun water walking game (no prior experience required).

本次比赛仅面向CISH在校学生开展，按照年级分成三个组别（G1-3，G4-6，G7-9）, 同时进行三个项目的比拼:  蛙泳 25米/50米，自由泳25米/50米，水上行走趣味游戏（零基础也可报名）。

We encourage all students to enthusiastically sign up for the competition. All successfully registered students will receive participation awards, and the top six participants in each event will have the opportunity to win substantial prizes (each participant is limited to registering for two events).
