第一个活动叫“闭口传话”，孩子需要通过肢体语言和眼神交流来表演一个词语，以此让队友猜出这个词语。在紧张刺激的三分钟内，大家争分夺秒，努力传递信息。通过这个游戏，孩子们可以体验到，沟通不仅需要口头语言，肢体语言和眼神交流也同样可以传递信息。

接下来的“默契传物”活动，深化了孩子与同学们的交往。孩子们两人一组，双手握住筷子，共同合作将不规则晶石、乒乓球和小彩石从开始点运送到对面的纸杯中。这个游戏不仅仅考验孩子们的眼手协调能力，还锻炼了默契与团队合作能力。

而 “心心交换”活动，则提供了情感交流的平台，为孩子们提供倾诉情感、获得情感支持的机会。孩子们可以将自己的烦恼疑惑投入绿色纸盒，如果有同学解答了绿色纸盒里的困惑，就可以将解答投入蓝色纸盒。

The first activity was called "Closed Mouth Passing", in which children had to act out a word through body language and eye contact in order for their teammates to guess the word. In a tense and exciting three-minute period, everyone is competing to get the message across. Through this game, children can experience that communication is not only verbal, but also body language and eye contact. 

The next activity, "Passing Things by Mutual Agreement", deepened the children's interaction with their classmates. Working in pairs and holding chopsticks in both hands, the children worked together to transport irregular crystals, ping pong balls and small coloured stones from the starting point to the opposite side of the paper cup. This game not only tests the children's eye-hand coordination, but also exercises tacit understanding and teamwork. 

The  Heart to Heart Exchange' activity provides a platform for emotional exchange, offering children the opportunity to talk about their feelings and get emotional support. Children can put their own worries and doubts into the green carton, if a student answers the confusion in the green carton, you can put the answer into the blue carton.
