This year, LWS has once again launched Mentorship Program, with the founder, Mr. Fang Zheng, personally at the helm. He hopes to use this opportunity to share his unique insights and rich experiences in morality, critical thinking, and leadership with the students.

在“导师计划”中，学生将接触到一系列丰富多样的学习内容，包括但不限于道德哲学、领导学、心理学等领域。方先生鼓励学生积极参与，勇于表达自己的观点，并学会倾听和尊重他人的看法。

In the Mentorship Program, students will be exposed to a wide range of learning materials, covering various fields including but not limited to moral philosophy, leadership, and psychology. Mr. Fang encourages students to actively participate, express their own opinions boldly, and learn to listen to and respect the views of others.
