It is often said that one should either go travelling or studying, and one must go on the road for both the body and the soul. Two months after the start of the new school year, ACZS IHS students have finally found the time to embrace both.
With the unique coolness of autumn, the IHS students enjoyed their first field trip at the end of October. The destination of Chuanlord Tourism & Leisure EXPO Park was not only designed for them to enjoy the thrill of the amusement rides beautiful scenery, but the diversified theme also meant that the children would learn to grow up, be brave, and confident during their exciting adventure, as well as supplement the spirit of co-operation and friendship among each other.
The whole world rushes by as you to grow up, but maybe only amusement parks don't. After a period of challenging schooling, we believe that only the exclusive excitement brought by an amusement park can provide the best relief to children's stress. Therefore, the children chose it as the first stop of their tour. With hundreds of amusement rides to try, such as the Roller Coaster, Super Space Shuttle, 360-degree Rotating Chariot, etc., the children gained the necessary courage and motivation to go to the next stage in their lives.
Unconventional cheering and laughter; real expressions of joy under the speed of the ride and passion to try, the children became more and more confident and began to bravely embrace their youth and bright future.
When it comes to amusement parks, Haunted Houses are a big deal. Faced with the dark environment and the occasional screams, many girls began to retreat. The warm encouragement of the teachers was undoubtedly like a timely rain, which helped them gain more courage to face the unknown world. Just like this Haunted House experience, even though they were sometimes panicked and nervous, they still managed to find the courage to step forward towards the exit, towards the light, and towards the next stop in their lives.
What was even more striking during the Haunted House adventure was the trust that quickly sprang up among the children and the invaluable spirit of mutual support. Whenever a student was nervous about the scary atmosphere of the Haunted House, many bold children stood in front of them to guide the way safely. It was at this moment that stronger bonds and deeper trust between them took root.
As a national 5A-level tourist attraction, Chuanlord Tourism & Leisure EXPO Park is most famous for its mysterious animal kingdom. Almost every scene here tells a beautiful fairy tale to the visitors.
The ingenious Animal Castle, White Bird Paradise, Reptile House, Oceanarium, African Prairie and so on, make almost every child have an unforgettable experience. They enjoy catching the figures of different animals, and even try to understand the natural relationship and close link between human beings and animals from the animals’ breathing, movements, and visible emotions.
The rich marine flora and fauna such as clown fish, small sharks, devil fish, coral, etc., create an immersive environment for children to explore. They gain more inspiration for growth from this place.
A relaxing trip, but one that reflects youthful energy and a set of character traits necessary for personal growth. With the support of the society and their teachers, students were able to broaden their horizons and break the stereotypes of what it means to grow up. Such a trip also embodies the educational philosophy of ACZS IHS: to value the holistic education of each child, and to shape new generations of future-oriented talents who are prepared for the changing world.
