An efficient and innovative team cannot be separated from a relaxed and pleasant school culture. A good school should firstly help teachers to have a vision to promote rich and diversified practices, use their minds to start a dialogue between different values, and constantly connect creativity with the end as the beginning. 

这次户外露营的集体活动，我们打破了以往的校区分组，以“学院制”的方式进行了团队融合。湘杉教育、彼一米创始人向姗姗女士在活动开场中讲话，希望大家能够抛开日常工作中的身份职别和生活的牵绊，全情投入到我们的团队时光中。

In this outdoor camping group activity, we broke the previous grouping of school districts and integrated the team in the way of "college system". Ms Shanshan Xiang, the founder of Dragon Spruce Education & BeeMee , made a speech at the beginning of the activity, hoping that everyone could put aside their daily work and life commitments and devote themselves to our team time.

在“排山倒海”、“怪兽过河”、“猫捉老鼠”等一系列团建游戏中，我们彼此支持，共享成功的喜悦，共同承担和面对新的挑战。不同国籍，不同民族的我们，在彼此的陪伴下，竭力为自己的学院争夺集体荣誉，为了一个共同的目标而努力，把职业做成事业，成就教育情怀，真正成为具有专业、纯粹、踏实及有爱的彼一米人。

In a series of team building games, such as "Brilliant Pingpong Ball", "Monster Crossing" and "Cat and Mouse", we supported each other, shared the joy of success, and undertook and faced new challenges together. In the company of different nationalities and ethnicities, we tried our best to fight for the collective honour of our ‘house', and worked hard for a common goal, making our profession into a career and accomplishing our love for education, and truly become a professional, dedicated, guardians and empathetic BeeMee people.

向往的工作不是为了谋生，还为了向往中的生活。工作时全力以赴，团建时热情奔赴，在这次活动中，我们不仅享受了大自然的美丽风光，更重要的是，我们在彼此的陪伴下，我们学会了如何更好地合作，如何更好地沟通，如何更好地理解彼此。这次活动让我们更加深入地理解了团队精神的重要性，也让我们更加珍惜彼此的友谊。

Aspire to work not to earn a living, but also to aspire to life. When we work, we go all out, and when we build a group, we run with enthusiasm. In this activity, we not only enjoyed the beautiful scenery of nature, but more importantly, with each other's company, we learnt how to better cooperate, how to better communicate, and how to better understand each other. This activity made us understand the importance of team spirit more deeply and made us cherish each other's friendship more.

相互搀扶、彼此鼓励，不仅彰显了我们大家庭的踏实有爱与团结互助的精神，也将团队使命、荣誉作为己任，拼尽全力，争当第一。

Helping each other and encouraging each other not only showed our big family's down-to-earth and loving spirit of unity and mutual help, but also took the team's mission and honour as our own responsibility and did our best to be the first.

我们团队中的每一个人都是独一无二的存在，在自己的领域中闪闪发光，但只有同心同路，才能汇成一束光，温暖同伴，照亮彼此前行的路。正所谓所爱隔山海，山海皆可平，相信相信的力量，我们会一起走得更高更远！

Each person in our team is a unique individual, shining in their own field, but only with the same heart and the same way, can be converted into a beam of light, warm companions, illuminating each other's way forward. As the saying goes, if you love someone across the mountains and seas, all mountains and seas can be levelled. Believing in the power of faith, we will walk higher and farther together!
