To Put First Things First requires saying no at times. Saying no to less important things allows you to say yes to your most important things. Yesterday at QISS, we made the decision that the health and safety of our community are the most important aspects of our learning, so we closed our campus for the day.  As stories of physical injury and stress filter back to us from people venturing outside in these dangerous conditions, we are confident that our on-campus early preparation through this turbulent weather period was the best course of action.

把重要的事情放在第一位，有时就需要说 "不"。对不太重要的事情说 "不"，就能够对最重要的事情说"是"。昨天，我校决定把社区的健康和安全作为我们学习的重中之重，因此我们关闭了校园一天。在这种危险的情况下，人们冒险外出，将会造成身体上的伤害和精神上的压力。我们相信，在这种极端天气状态下，及时应对是最好的做法。

제일 중요한 것들을 제일 먼저 생각하는 것은 때때로 거절할 것을 요구합니다. 그렇게 중요하지 않은 것에 대해 "아니요"라고 말하면 가장 중요한 것에 대해 "예"라고 말할 수 있습니다. 어제 QISS에서 커뮤니티의 건강과 안전을 학습의 최우선 임무로 삼기로 하여 하루 동안 캠퍼스를 폐쇄했습니다. 이런 위험한 상황에서 사람들이 위험을 무릅쓰고 외출하는 것은 신체적 부상과 정신적 스트레스를 초래할 것입니다. 우리는 이런 극단적인 날씨 상태에서는 적시에 정책을 조정하는 것이 최선이라고 믿습니다.
