On March 5, 2024, Sias International School (Sias IS) became the authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) World School for MYP. Sias IS received its IB PYP authorization on May 18th, 2023.

Sias IS is now the only authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) World School for both the PYP and MYP in Henan.

获得IBO授权认证，学校需要在理念、领导和架构、资源和支持、协作制定教学计划、书面课程、教学与学习、评估七大类别中，满足73项评估标准。通常需要2-4年时间才能完成，新建学校往往需要3-5年时间。73项评估标准中，一旦有一项不达标，IBO都将拒绝为学校授权.而西亚斯外籍学校仅用2年时间就先后完成了IB PYP与IB MYP双认证，这足以彰显学校师资团队的实力和扎实的教学实施。

To be accredited by the IBO, schools are required to meet 73 assessment criteria in 7 categories, which include Philosophy, Leadership and Structure, Resources and Support, Collaborative Instructional Planning, Written Curriculum, Teaching and Learning, and Assessment.It usually takes 2-4 years to complete, and it often takes 3-5 years to obtain especially for a new school. Sias International School obtained the IB PYP and IB MYP certifications in only 2 years, which was a strong showcase for our professionalism.

Founded in 2020, Sias IS is the first international school in the Henan province. Sias IS is a partnership between the Zhengdong New District Management Committee and Sias Group China. The campus is located in the core area of Bei Long Hu. The campus is more than 6 hectares with a total building area of about 90,000 square meters.
