“绳”采飞扬,律动春天——彼一米森林学校CBFS第一届跳绳大赛 | CBFS Jump-rope Competition

“等闲识得东风面,万紫千红总是春”。正值春日,万物舒展,蓝天、暖阳、和风与CBFS的小米粒们撞了个满怀。3月19日至22日,别开生面的跳绳比赛在大家的期待中如约而至,为学校的阳光大课间增加了无限的激情与欢乐。  

"It is easy to make out vernal looks --All the purples and reds is the spring scene." In the midst of spring, as all things stretch out, under the blue sky, warm sun, and gentle breeze, the members of the CBFS are brimming with energy. From March 19th to 22nd, an extraordinary jump rope competition took place as anticipated, bringing infinite passion and joy to the school’s sunny recess.  



活动伊始,周校长为此次活动致辞。周校长亲切温和的笑容,铿锵有力话语让孩子们心潮澎湃,对此次比赛充满信心。

At the beginning of the event, Principal Zhou delivered a speech. Her warm and friendly smile, coupled with her strong and resolute words, filled the children with excitement and confidence for the competition.


为了给小米粒们助阵,学校请来了专业跳绳队的大哥哥、大姐姐,他们给大家带来了精彩的花样跳绳表演。随着一曲欢快的音乐,一根根跳绳像有了生命一般,在哥哥姐姐们的指挥下翻腾、扭转。绳如虹飞转,人似蝶蹁跹,引得小米粒们欢呼连连。与此同时,同学们积极交流老师们的跳绳技巧,分享自己的感悟,展现出了出色的交流技能。

In order to support the members of the CBFS, the school invited big brothers and sisters from a professional jump rope team, who brought wonderful performances of rope skipping tricks. Accompanied by cheerful music, each jump rope seemed to come alive, flipping and twisting under the direction of the older siblings. The ropes spun like rainbows, while the people moved gracefully like butterflies, eliciting cheers from the CBFS members. At the same time, students actively exchanged rope skipping techniques with teachers, shared their insights, and demonstrated excellent communication skills.


随着裁判员一声哨响,跳绳比赛的第一项“快乐时钟”开始了。只见站在圆心的老师手中的绳索如同指针一般快速在孩子们脚下划过,惹得孩子们如一群调皮的小袋鼠上下欢跳……在比赛过程中,孩子们都展现出了极高的自我管理技能。他们合理安排自己的体能,控制呼吸和节奏,确保能够发挥出最佳水平。这种自律和自我管理的能力,正是IB教育所倡导的。  

With the sound of the referee’s whistle, the first event of the jump rope competition, "Happy Clock," began. Teachers standing at the center held ropes that swiftly moved around the children’s feet like clock hands, prompting the children to jump up and down like a group of playful kangaroos… Throughout the competition, the children demonstrated extremely high levels of self-management skills. They effectively managed their physical abilities, controlled their breathing and rhythm, ensuring they could perform at their best. This self-discipline and self-management ability align with the principles advocated by IB education.



比赛的第二项是展示个人实力的“一分钟单人跳绳”。赛场上,小米粒们有的胸有成竹,跳绳在空中甩的飞快,只留下一道道残影;有的虽然速度不及,但他们神情专注,认真起跳,不到最后一秒谁也不放弃。其实,为了取得好成绩,许多小米粒都提前对跳绳技术进行了深入的研究。他们通过问询老师、观看跳绳视频等方式,细心打磨、不断提高自己的跳绳水平。这种勇于探索、积极研究的精神不仅展现了彼一米学子严谨求学的学风态度,也是他们实现自主学习,不断追求知识和个人发展的体现。

The second event of the competition showcased individual strength in the ‘One-Minute Individual Jump Rope’ challenge. On the field, some members of the CBFS displayed confidence, swinging their ropes swiftly through the air, leaving only traces of afterimages; while others, although not as fast, maintained a focused expression, jumping earnestly, refusing to give up until the last second. In fact, many members of the CBFS had conducted thorough research on jump rope techniques in advance to achieve good results. They diligently honed their skills and continuously improved their jump rope proficiency through methods such as consulting teachers and watching jump rope videos. This spirit of exploration and active research not only demonstrates the rigorous academic attitude of the CBFS students but also embodies their commitment to independent learning, the pursuit of knowledge, and personal development.


比赛的最后一项是“双人跳绳”,这个项目最是考验同伴之间默契。还没开始,候场区域的小组成员便展现出了高度的组织性与合作精神。他们精心调节跳绳的长度,彼此间进行细致入微的叮嘱与提醒,并多次进行试跳练习,以确保万无一失。这一系列精心准备的活动,充分彰显了他们对比赛的认真态度与对团队责任的深刻理解。

The final event of the competition was the ‘Double-Dutch’ challenge, which particularly tested the synergy between partners. Even before it began, the group members in the waiting area demonstrated a high level of organization and cooperative spirit. They carefully adjusted the length of the jump ropes, provided meticulous instructions and reminders to each other, and practiced jumping together several times to ensure everything went smoothly. This series of well-prepared activities fully showcased their serious attitude towards the competition and their profound understanding of team responsibility.


比赛开始了,随着裁判一声令下,参赛者们迅速进入状态,跳绳在两人的头顶轻盈跃过,随后又稳稳地划过他们的脚下。每次的成功过绳,都为他们带来了极大的鼓舞与信心。然而,在比赛过程中也不乏失误的出现。面对这些挑战,小组成员们并没有相互责备,而是展现出了卓越的思考技能。他们迅速调整策略,灵活应对,确保了比赛的顺利进行。在IB的教育框架下,学生被鼓励在面对复杂情境时,能够迅速分析问题,提出解决方案,并有效地与团队成员沟通协作。这种能力在“双人跳绳”项目中得到了完美的体现,小组成员们通过相互支持与协作,成功克服了挑战,展现了IB学子卓越的综合素质。

As the competition commenced, with the referee’s signal, the participants quickly got into rhythm, as the jump ropes gracefully passed over their heads and then landed steadily beneath their feet. Each successful jump brought them immense encouragement and confidence. However, there were also mistakes during the competition. Faced with these challenges, the group members didn’t blame each other but instead demonstrated outstanding problem-solving skills. They quickly adjusted their strategies, flexibly adapted, and ensured the smooth progress of the competition. Within the framework of IB education, students are encouraged to analyze problems quickly, propose solutions, and effectively communicate and collaborate with team members when facing complex situations. This ability was perfectly demonstrated in the ‘Double-Dutch’ challenge, as the group members successfully overcame challenges through mutual support and collaboration, showcasing the outstanding comprehensive qualities of IB students.


经过激烈的角逐,一批能力非凡的跳绳小能手脱颖而出。颁奖典礼上,他们手握奖牌,满脸的自豪与喜悦。同学们相互祝贺、分享喜悦。他们不仅与队友交流心得,还与对手握手言和,展现出了十分友善、包容的态度以及良好的社交技能。CBFS第一届跳绳比赛在孩子们热情的掌声中圆满地落下了帷幕。  

After intense competition, a group of exceptional jump rope enthusiasts emerged victorious. At the awards ceremony, they proudly held their medals, their faces beaming with pride and joy. Students congratulated each other and shared their happiness. Not only did they exchange experiences with their teammates, but they also shook hands with their opponents, displaying a very friendly, inclusive attitude, and excellent social skills. The first CBFS Jump Rope Competition concluded successfully amidst the enthusiastic applause of the children.



以绳健体,以绳育人。此次的跳绳比赛,既是CBFS活动的重要组成部分,也是推动五育并举的重要举措,它不仅是一次体育竞技的盛会,更是一次全面展示IB学子多元技能的舞台,充分展现了小米粒们朝气蓬勃、昂扬向上的精神面貌。未来,学校将继续深入开展各项体育活动,以体育智,以体育人,促进小米粒们综合素质的全面发展,为他们铺设一条通向成功与幸福的道路。

Jumping rope to strengthen the body and educate individuals. This jump rope competition, not only an integral part of CBFS activities but also an important initiative to promote holistic education. It is not just a sports event but also a platform to showcase the diverse skills of IB students, fully demonstrating the vibrant and upward spirit of the CBFS members. In the future, the school will continue to deepen various sports activities, promoting comprehensive development in students by fostering physical intelligence and nurturing individuals through sports, paving the way for their success and happiness.
