In January 2024, ISA International Education Group made a generous donation to the School of Humanities of Tsinghua University, establishing the ‘Tsinghua Friends - ISA Scholarship for the School of Humanities’. Additionally, the Group founded the ‘International Education Research Centre for the School of Humanities’ to enhance curriculum development, promote cultural exchanges, and support student projects in the field of international education. ISA students will also conduct research and engage in practical projects under the guidance of experts and scholars from Tsinghua University, collectively driving the sustained development of various industries.

此前，爱莎国际教育集团在清华大学人文学院设立爱莎奖学金和国际教育研究中心，助力国际教育领域的课程构建、人文交流、学生课题实践等项目，爱莎学生也将在清华大学专家学者的指导下，展开多个课题的研究与实践，共同推动各行各业的持续发展。

To further deepen our collaboration and inject new vitality into the field of international education, ISA International Education Group organised a recruitment event at Tsinghua University from March 21st to March 23rd. The event aimed to attract outstanding graduates from Tsinghua University to join the education industry, infusing innovative thinking into ISA's educational practices, and raising the overall talent and academic standards of the international education sector.

为进一步深化合作，为国际教育事业注入新活力，3月21日至3月23日，爱莎国际教育集团在清华大学开办专场校园招聘会，吸引清华大学杰出毕业生加入教育行业，为爱莎的教育教学注入创新思维，同时进一步提升整个国际教育行业的人才和学术水平。

Candidates who attended the event came from across the world, including many provinces and regions in China. The candidates represented many different academic fields such as English, Education, Chinese literature, Business & Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Software Development, and AI Engineering.

此次招聘会吸引了来自清华大学全国各地、以及全球不同国家的众多学生，也囊括了多个专业领域，如英语、教育、中国文学、商业与市场营销、工业工程、软件开发、人工智能工程等。

During the recruitment fair, many students showed a great interest in joining ISA after being introduced to our educational philosophy and opportunities for career growth in ISA. On the day, nearly 30 outstanding students from Tsinghua University submitted their resumes to ISA and participated in interviews. They impressed us with their exceptional academic and professional backgrounds.

招聘会现场，通过对爱莎教育教学理念以及 “职业成长”概念的了解，学生们对加入爱莎国际教育集团表现出极大兴趣。当天，交简历及面试的优秀清华学子达到近30人，皆展现了极强的学术与专业背景。
