刚刚结束了紧张的期中考试，弘科未来学校国际化融合高中部的同学们就迎来了第三次项目学习周。在项目学习周中，同学们的学术学习暂停，转为小组合作、头脑风暴、个人展示、资源探究、自查修订于一体的综合性任务，是一种“劳逸结合”的体现，也是同学们翘首以盼的“大放异彩”的时刻。在总结了前两次的项目学习周经验后，同学们逐渐变得精益求精。在团队合作中，每个成员都像是乐章中的音符，相互补充，共同奏响出和谐的乐曲。大家非常珍惜和享受这种开放式、探索式、严谨性、科学性的学习任务，和前两次一样，大家都铆足了干劲，个个蓄势待发。
Just after the tense mid-term exams, students from the International High School Division ushered in the third Project Week. In the previous two Project Weeks, everyone has been striving for excellence. With the enhancement of health awareness and the improvement of living standards, the fitness industry in China is gradually becoming an integral part of people's lives. This phenomenon not only reflects the pursuit of health and improvement in quality of life among the Chinese people but is also inseparable from the era and social development background. Firstly, with the improvement of living standards, more and more people are beginning to pay attention to health and physical fitness. Secondly, social pursuit of beauty has also driven the development of the fitness industry. 而本次项目式学习，正是依托于当今社会最热门的关注点之一而展开的，可以说是完全来源于生活并且服务于生活。而良好的身体健康、饮食健康甚至是身材管理，不再是少数青年人的目标，下至青少年、上至退休老人，都能看到他们挥洒汗水的场景。
This project-based session is based on one of the hottest topics in today's society and can be said to be entirely derived from life and serving life. Good physical health, dietary health, and even body management are no longer the goals of a few young people. From teenagers to retired elders, scenes of them sweating can be seen everywhere.
本次任务策划由Dan老师进行，他设计此次主题的初衷除开跟自己作为体育老师有关，同时也是希望激发每个同学的探索欲和求知欲。在他讲解完毕之后，由Sennin老师再对细节进行讲解，因为关于软件设计涉及到众多问题，包括市场调研、受众人群、课程编纂、用户推广、反馈更新、饮食科普、运动康复等一系列庞大的框架结构。如果考虑到健身软件的设计，这些都是需要考虑进去的。同时，这对负责项目的导师来说，也绝非简单的事情。在这个过程中，导师们绝对不是“垂帘听政”的状态，他们同样也要积极参与进去，时刻与学生保持沟通交流并进行针对性指导。为此导师们也需要自主学习。可见，这次项目的参与者不仅仅是学生，老师们也要“与时俱进”，可谓是对全体师生的一次“能力检验”。
This task was planned by Dan, who designed the theme not only because of his role as a physical education teacher but also to stimulate the exploration and curiosity of each student. After his explanation, Sennin explained the details further. Software design involves many issues, including market research, target audience, course compilation, user promotion, feedback updates, dietary knowledge, and sports rehabilitation, among other extensive framework structures. Considering the design of fitness apps, all these aspects need to be considered. At the same time, for the mentors responsible for the project, this is by no means a simple matter. Throughout this process, mentors are far from being in a passive "ruling from behind" state; they actively participate and constantly communicate and guide students. Therefore, mentors also need to engage in autonomous learning. It can be seen that the participants in this project are not only students, but the teachers also need to "keep pace with the times," which can be described as a "test of abilities" for the entire International High School Division.
本次任务人员分配采用4组，每组5人的方法。而对于人员归属，采用了一种更加公平公正公开的办法：幸运大转盘。这个环节要决出自己的组员，同时通过幸运大转盘来选择自己“心仪”的导师，光是这个环节就足够精彩和刺激。大家也是纷纷摩拳擦掌、跃跃欲试。
For this task, personnel allocation is divided into 4 groups, each consisting of 5 members. Regarding the allocation of personnel, a fair and open method was adopted: the lucky big turntable. This segment determines one's group members and, at the same time, selects their "ideal" mentor through the lucky big turntable. This segment alone is exciting and stimulating enough, and everyone is eager to try their luck.

Software design: Practicality, simplicity, guidance, profitability, all are issues to consider.
Presentation skills: Emotion, posture, stance, interaction, coordination, language are all closely related to scoring.
第一天：完成抽签分组，根据项目要求，查找相关资料，完成框架。
第二天：跟导师进行沟通，听取意见和建议，进一步完善框架和初稿。
第三天：完成市场调研、市场目标、软件特色、相关照片采集、用户界面等板块内容。
第四天：完成健身视频、营养追踪、社交属性、客户反馈、市场启动等板块内容。
第五天：项目策划演讲准备、团队展示、颁奖仪式。
Day 1: Complete the group drawing, search for relevant materials according to project requirements, and complete the framework.
Day 2: Communicate with mentors, listen to opinions and suggestions, and further refine the framework and draft.
Day 3: Complete market research, market goals, software features, collect relevant photos, and user interface, among other divs.
Day 4: Complete fitness videos, nutrition tracking, social attributes, customer feedback, market launch, and other divs.
Day 5: Prepare for project planning presentations, team presentations, and awards ceremonies.
