余老师从床铺整理标准、洗漱台面及柜子、书桌摆放标准、衣柜分类、摆放标准、执行规则等几个方面，通过视频演示、现场讲解、学生动手实操、制定检查计划，帮助学生养成良好的卫生习惯。

She designs menus in accordance with nutritional principles, ensuring that each meal is rich in variety and balanced in nutrition. She selects fresh ingredients and pays attention to the reasonable combination of nutrients such as protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals, ensuring that teachers and students enjoy delicious, healthy, and nutritious meals.

在餐厅显眼位置设立意见箱，鼓励师生对餐厅的菜品、服务等方面提出意见和建议。根据师生的反馈和意见，不断优化餐厅的管理和服务水平，提升师生的用餐体验。
