三方会谈是IB学校常见的家校沟通方式，每学期定期举办，家长和学生将与每一科老师进行会谈，共同庆祝学生的进步，反思目前的学习以及制定下一阶段的学习目标。三方会议的目的是为了庆祝学生的进步和成就，增加各方对学生学习过程的了解，并帮助学生制定进一步的学习目标。

Tripartite talks are a common form of communication in IB schools and are held regularly each term, where parents and students meet with each subject teacher to celebrate student progress, reflect on current learning and set learning goals for the next stage.The purpose of the Three-way conferences is to celebrate the student’s progress and achievement, to increase all parties’ understanding of the student’s learning process, and to help the student to set further learning goals.

Through dialogues with parents and teachers, they recognize their strengths and weaknesses, and clarify their future goals. I now know what my goals are before the end of the term."
