In response to the “Hong Kong Youth Festival”, the Hong Kong Guangdong Youth Association organized over 600 Hong Kong youths to visit Shenzhen on 26 May. ASJ school participated in the “One Hour City Circle” as the only invited school from the Mainland, which promotes the exchanges and learning between young people of Guangdong and Hong Kong in various fields such as cultural heritage, sports and sports and science and technology innovations through a series of colorful experiential projects.

The 9# International UAS Expo 2024
As one of the most influential professional exhibitions for UAVs and unmanned systems in the world, the 9# International UAS Expo 2024 attracted a large number of industry insiders and science and technology enthusiasts to come and watch the exhibition.
In the exhibition, ASJ-Foshan students met more than 4,000 drone products and learned about the wide range of applications of drones in many fields, such as logistics, agriculture, aerial photography, rescue, etc., as well as the continuous innovation and breakthroughs in drone technology. At the same time, they also observed numerous exciting science and innovation competitions, and gained a visual experience of drone handling skills and teamwork.
Visit Nantou Ancient City
Nantou Ancient City is known as “the root of the history and culture of Shenzhen and Hong Kong”. Strolling on the stone road of the ancient city, students enjoyed the charm of ancient architecture and felt the profoundness of Chinese civilization. The ancient monuments, streets and lanes in the ancient city are full of a strong historical atmosphere, which gave everyone a deeper knowledge and understanding of traditional culture.
During the visit, students from Guangdong and Hong Kong actively exchanged ideas and shared their understanding and insights, which not only broadened their horizons and enabled them to have a more comprehensive understanding of the richness and diversity of Chinese culture, but also gave them a deeper insight into the unique charm and value of Chinese culture.
Chinese Football Association Super League
The CSL was one of the highlights of this exchange activity. The youths gathered at the Baoan Stadium and witnessed a fierce match between Shenzhen Peng City and Shanghai Shenhua. The event provided an opportunity for youths from Guangdong and Hong Kong to experience sports culture up close. Foshan ASJ students not only felt the passion and vitality of soccer, but also deepened their understanding of soccer culture during the exchange.
Chairman, Hong Kong Guangdong Youth Association, Mr. Fok Kai-san told reporters that this activity allows young friends to understand the history, culture and cutting-edge science and technology of Shenzhen, enhances their emotional identification with this land, and encourages young people to pass on and carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture. At the same time, the CSL allows young friends to feel the charm of sports and inspire a positive spirit, which also reflects the country's support and concern for youth sports, encouraging young people to actively participate in physical exercise and develop a healthy lifestyle.
