China-South Korea Cultural Exchange ｜韩国京畿道研学交流团到访东莞ASJ进行文化交流

China and South Korea are friendly neighbours with a long history of cultural exchanges. Guangdong Province and Gyeonggi Province of South Korea have maintained close exchanges and collaboration in various fields to enhance mutual understanding between the people of the two countries.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding on Youth Exchange signed between the Department of Education of Guangdong Province and the Family and Women's Policy Bureau of Gyeonggi Province, the two sides have agreed to invite a delegation of students from Gyeonggi to visit Guangdong in June this year, and to send student representatives from Guangdong to visit Gyeonggi in October, to promote friendly exchanges between schools in the two places.

中韩两国是一衣带水的友好邻邦，友好往来的历史源远流长。广东省和韩国京畿道系友好省道，两地在高层交流、经济通商、文化艺术、教育、行政交流等多个领域的交流合作，为两地人民增进相互理解、活跃地方经济和两国关系发展做出了贡献。

根据广东省教育厅与韩国京畿道家庭女性政策局签署的《开展青少年交流的备忘录》，为推动两地学校建立良好的校际交流关系，促进中韩青少年友好交流，双方协定邀请韩国京畿道青少年代表团于今年6月访问我省，派出我省青少年代表于今年10月回访韩国京畿道。

Upon the thirty-second year anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea, a youth exchange group from Gyeonggi came to Guangdong for a five-day visit from 10 to 14 June. During their trip, the exchange group visited ASJ (Dongguan) on 12-13 June to have a cultural exchange with teachers and students of the school.

6月10日至14日，在中韩建交32周年来临之际，韩国京畿道青少年交流团来粤开展为期五天的参观交流。其中，交流团于6月12-13日到访东莞暨大港澳子弟学校，与我校师生进行文化交流。

The exchange group was warmly welcomed by the teachers and students of ASJ (Dongguan), who prepared a wonderful lunch concert. The lunch concert was full of variety, including traditional Chinese instrumental performance, and pop music singing, and the ASJ students also choreographed several passionate Korean dances for the guests; the exchange group also brought the audience a chorus of Chinese songs and traditional Korean dance and other remarkable performances. Both sides had a friendly exchange in a warm atmosphere, and the students felt the charm of each other's culture in the activity.

交流团的到来受到了东莞ASJ师生的热烈欢迎，师生们为此精心准备了一场精彩纷呈的午间音乐会。本次午间音乐会内容丰富，有充满中国传统特色的乐器表演，也有当下流行音乐的演唱，东莞ASJ的学生们还特别编排了热情四射韩舞表演；交流团也为观众们带来了中文歌曲合唱和韩国传统舞蹈等表演。双方友好交流，现场气氛热烈，中韩学生都在活动中感受到了彼此文化的魅力。

After the lunchtime concert, the exchange group visited the Ke Yuan Museum to appreciate the unique art of Lingnan Gardens, and then the Hsu Fu Chi factory to learn about the latest industrial development in Dongguan as the "World Factory".

午间音乐会结束后，交流团在东莞ASJ的安排下参观了可园博物馆，领略独特的岭南园林艺术；随后还探访了徐福记工厂，了解东莞作为“世界工厂”的工业发展程度。

Campus Tour

The exchange ended with a campus tour of ASJ (Dongguan). The exchange group experienced the unique charm of Hong Kong and Macau children's schools and left a good impression of Dongguan City. More importantly, the students from both sides got closer to each other through popular culture and laid the foundation for becoming "little ambassadors" of friendship between China and South Korea.

本次交流活动在校园参观中结束，交流团不仅感受到了港澳子弟学校的独特魅力，也对东莞这座城市留下了美好的印象。更重要的是，双方学生通过青年群体兴趣浓厚的流行文化拉近了距离，为成为中韩友好使者奠定了基础。
