战略解码,共创地图 ——融通高中教师CPD培训
近两年来,碧桂园十里银滩学校将名校战略作为学校的部署指引,全面规划一系列目标与举措。在暑期前的最后一天, 融通高中部开展了全天的战略解码研讨活动,全体教师一起参与其中,共创了属于融通高中部的战略地图。
In the past two years, Country Garden Silver Beach School has adopted a renowned school strategy as a guide for school deployment, planning a series of goals and measures. On the final day before the summer break, the Integration High School Department conducted a full-day strategic decoding workshop, with all teachers participating, collectively creating a strategic map for the Integration High School Department.

“做正确的事,把事情做对”,这就是袁清晨总校长认为战略解码的核心。他表示,学校推进学校战略的信心与决心,这将会是每位老师前进的强大后盾。
此外,袁校提出教师们需要做到以下两点,其一,推进课堂教学改革, “课堂质量从课堂来”,要将课堂的知识最大化,老师们需要关注教学方式的变化;
其二,在双减政策的推动下,更应该做到双高课堂——高质、高效,建议老师们在设计教学环节进行更为全面与细致的规划。最后,袁校赠予融通高中部全体教师与干部箴言,“敬天,爱人”,按规律做事,在卢嘉杰校长的带领下,定能达到预期的目标,战略解码,前途光明。
Principal Yuan's inspiring speech emphasized the core of strategic decoding as "doing things right". He expressed confidence in advancing the school's strategies as the solid support for teachers' progress.
Yuan outlined two key points for teachers: advancing classroom teaching reforms by maximizing knowledge delivery and ensuring high-quality, efficient classrooms amidst policy changes.
Emphasizing meticulous planning in teaching processes, Yuan encouraged teachers to follow the principles of "respecting heaven and loving people". Under Principal Lu Jiajie's guidance, the school is expected to achieve its strategic decoding goals with a bright future ahead.

Principal Lu Jiajie from Rongtong High School led the teachers in warm-up activities before the official start of the event, bringing them closer together with laughter and cheers, ushering in the beginning of the strategic decoding.

首先,卢校长为教师们详细分析,融通高中部的战略解码应主要聚焦于成绩与升学上。对此,他提出需要改进的是课堂增质增效,例如15分钟课堂、导思议展评;而更为重要的则是如何在现状中稳中求进,实现升学新高度。
这两个主题,实际上深深烙印在每位老师的心中,但如何做到找到问题的根源,并进行战略解码呢?对此,卢校长分享了丰田5why分析法,通过层层深入, 追究问题真因的有效方法。在个个问题的互动提问下,老师们逐渐领会个中奥妙,对问题有了初步的理解。
First, Principal Lu elaborated to the teachers that the strategic decoding of the integration high school div should mainly focus on academic performance and further education. He proposed that what needs improvement is enhancing the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching, such as the 15-minute classroom and guided reflective assessment.
However, more importantly, is how to make progress in the current situation and achieve new heights in further education. These two themes are deeply ingrained in every teacher's mind, but how to identify the root cause of the problems and decode them strategically? In response to this, Principal Lu shared the Toyota 5-why analysis method, which is an effective way to investigate the true causes of problems layer by layer. Through interactive questioning on each problem, the teachers gradually understand the intricacies and develop initial insights into the issues.

Next, the challenge lies in visualizing the understanding into tangible outputs. Following this, Principal Lu shared the SMART tool, demonstrating how to depict the root of a problem through map drawing, mind mapping to clarify issues, and visualization. Teachers eagerly embraced the opportunity, engaging in intense discussions at the grade level. They transformed into strategic decoders, identifying a series of student issues based on their own grade characteristics and current situation, using this as the subject of exploration for comprehensive decoding.

The teachers of the IG grade level focused on a series of issues existing among students during evening self-study sessions, initiating a series of discussions. They carefully approached the matter from both the teacher's and student's perspectives, aiming to maximize the effectiveness of evening self-study.

The senior teachers in the DSE focus on the curriculum issues of transitioning from ninth to tenth grade, seeking comprehensive solutions for students. Addressing the challenges posed by the significant difficulty leap in the curriculum, they empathetically help students navigate the challenges from the perspectives of textbooks, subjects, and assignments, using time as a key reference point.
