The thematic teaching model covers diverse areas such as drama, art, and academic research, allowing students to deepen their language comprehension through practical application. The early stages of the course focus on teaching phonetics to cultivate proper pronunciation habits, gradually expanding vocabulary, and enhancing the four basic skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

To ensure learning effectiveness, this project uses the GSE testing system to regularly assess students' English abilities, providing detailed feedback on listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Each learning unit lasts 5-6 weeks, during which students participate in various project activities, such as exhibitions, performances, and group presentations. These activities not only showcase learning outcomes but also form an essential part of comprehensive evaluation. Last year's pilot project, which was only 7 weeks long, showed that 6th-grade students improved by an average of 4 GSE points, with the highest reaching an impressive 8-point increase, proving the efficiency and innovation of this teaching method.
