In the UK, I learned the importance of academic rigor; in Vietnam, I gained insights into integrating local and international curricula; and in China, I developed a keen sense of balancing tradition and modernity. These diverse experiences allow me to create an inclusive environment where all students feel valued and supported.

I plan to integrate the core elements of the IB program by ensuring that the Extended Essay, CAS, and TOK are not just add-ons but are embedded deeply into our school's culture. For the Extended Essay, I will provide workshops on research skills and critical thinking. For CAS, I aim to develop community service projects that are meaningful and impactful, allowing students to connect their learning with real-world applications. For TOK, I will organize interdisciplinary seminars that challenge students to think deeply about knowledge and its implications. Collaborating with teachers, I will ensure these elements are seamlessly incorporated into classroom activities and assessments.
