BeeMee introduced the STEM curriculum of the Children's Center of the California Institute of Technology (CCC) in the United States, and is the first all-English ECSTEM demonstration base in China. ECSTEM is mainly oriented by science, using the DRDP (Desired Result Developmental Profile) tool of the United States, specifically applied in the development assessment of infants and young children aged 1-6 years, to make assessment. 彼一米为了全面践行托幼一体化,聘请了知名托育专家刘钰心老师,与其倾力合作研发托幼一体化管理体系的 SOP。其中包括托育人员管理的 SOP,以及人员培训考核的精细化管理,还有一日流程 SOP,涵盖饮食、如厕、吃药、睡眠、活动等标准操作流程和记录报告。同时,制定了托班保教管理制度、安全卫生保健管理制度、家园服务管理制度。通过科学测评体系来掌握婴幼儿各方面能力的发展水平,了解宝宝们的个体差异,进而进行有针对性的指导,促进宝宝全面发展。
To fully implement the integration of kindergarten and nursery, BeeMee hired a well-known childcare expert Teacher Liu Yuxin to cooperate with us in researching and develop SOP of the integrated childcare management system. Including SOP management of childcare personnel, refined management of personnel training and assessment, daily schedule SOP, standard operating procedures and reports such as diet, toilet, medicine, sleep and activity. We set up a nursery education management system, a safe health care management system, and a home service management system. Nutrition and Food Education
彼一米制定合理“幼儿带量食谱”,提供“全面、平衡、适量”膳食,保证幼儿健康成长,菜单及食材变化丰富,保证孩子的营养均衡。1-3岁宝宝的咀嚼发育能力较弱,厨房专业采用适合低幼宝贝的烹饪方式,我们的老师也会帮助他们对较硬的食材进行处理,碾成肉泥、粉末或者小丁,方便宝贝进食。

Our home communication starts before children enter the school. 以两岁一个月入园彼一米湘府校区托育园Y1A班级李书易Zoey小朋友为例,翻看她这一年的学习故事,宝宝满2周岁了!无论从大动作、言语能力、认知能力到精细动作、社交行为等各方面都有了明显的进步,这真让爸爸妈妈看在眼里、喜在心头!
Let’s take Zoey, a two-year-old girl who joined the Y1A class at the Xiangfu Campus, as an example. Over the past year, her learning journey has been remarkable. Zoey has turned two years old and has shown significant progress in various areas, including gross motor skills, language ability, cognitive skills, fine motor skills, and social behaviour. Her parents are delighted to see these developments.
宝宝在日新月异地进步,能双脚跳离地面,自己穿脱松紧带裤子,一页页地翻书并指出图片中的人物和动物,能拼 2-3块拼图,用7-8块积木砌塔。能独自上下楼梯,活泼得像个小坦克到处跑。可以独立吃饭,控制大小便,熟练使用勺碗。掌握了约200个词,能说5-6字的句子,会用“我”“你”,还能背诵儿歌。情绪逐渐丰富,出现羞耻、不安等感受。独立性增强,既愿意独自做事,又仍有一定依赖。还能辨别声音、区分物品轻重材质,理解速度的快慢。
Zoey can now jump with both feet off the ground, dress and undress elastic band trousers, turn pages in a book, and point out people and animals in pictures. She can also complete 2-3 piece puzzles and build towers with 7-8 blocks. She navigates stairs independently and runs around energetically like a little tank. Zoey eats independently, controls her bladder and bowels, and skilfully uses a spoon and bowl. She has mastered around 200 words, can speak 5-6 word sentences, uses "I" and "you," and can recite nursery rhymes. Her emotions have become more complex, experiencing feelings like shame and unease. Her independence has grown; she enjoys doing things on her own but still shows some dependency. Zoey can distinguish sounds, identify the weight and material of objects, and understand different speeds.

妍妍——戒尿片的小案例
Yanyan’s Potty Training Journey
开学已经一个月了,孩子们已经摆脱了分离焦虑。进入5月,天气渐渐转热了,可以为孩子戒尿片做准备,彼一米西湖校区Y1B海贝班班级采取轮流戒尿片,第一个开始戒尿片的是妍妍小朋友,在戒尿片前,与妈妈沟通好,戒尿片的准备工作。
After a month of school, the children have overcome separation anxiety. As May brings warmer weather, it’s time to start potty training. At the Xihu Campus, Yanyan from the Seashell class (Y1B) was the first to begin potty training. Communication with her mother ensured proper preparation.
在开学前老师们就让孩子们熟悉上厕所的环境,如何坐马桶等已有经验在,妍妍小朋友在第一次取尿片时,还是有点紧张,不愿意脱下尿片,进过老师的沟通,孩子尝试脱下尿片,第一次未穿尿片有尿湿5次裤子,第一次尿湿是在上课的情况下,孩子还与同伴有说有笑,未发现尿湿的情况,老师第一时间发现,先安抚孩子心理情况,告诉孩子没关系,尿湿我们换裤子就好了,不断的鼓励,让孩子了解这是尿尿了,尿在裤子上会不舒服湿湿的,第5次尿湿后,妍妍主动说“老师,我尿湿了,换裤子”,老师及时处理并安抚妍妍。和家长及时沟通孩子尿湿情况,需要家长配合,在言语上需要注意,多用鼓励的方式,让孩子放下紧张。老师们也调整方式,从认识上厕所环境开始,引导幼儿坐马桶等,每隔30分钟引导幼儿上厕所一次,引导孩子表述语言“老师,要尿尿,拉粑粑等”。第三天,妍妍第一次在马桶上尿尿,老师第一时间表扬,在大家面前也表扬她,通过不断加强她的自信。通过一周的努力,妍妍对上厕所没有那么大抵触,会主动说“我要尿尿,我要拉粑粑等”,戒尿片非常成功,第一个孩子戒尿片成功后,会树立好榜样,让其他孩子戒尿片时也很快。
Before school started, children were familiarised with the bathroom environment and how to use the toilet. Yanyan was initially nervous about removing her diaper, but with encouragement from her teachers, she tried it. On her first day without a diaper, she wet her pants five times. The first time was during class; Yanyan was unaware and continued interacting with her peers. Her teacher noticed, comforted her, and explained that it’s okay to wet her pants and encouraged her to recognize when she needs to go. By the fifth time, Yanyan said, "Teacher, I wet my pants," and the teacher responded promptly. Communication with parents was key, emphasizing the importance of encouragement to reduce Yanyan’s anxiety. Over time, Yanyan successfully used the toilet and no longer resisted. Her success set a positive example for the other children.

小派——从分离焦虑到快乐融入的成长突破
Xiaopai’s Journey from Separation
Anxiety to Joyful Integration
时光荏苒,转眼间小派已经在彼一米西湖校区托班Y1B海贝班度过了一个充满欢声笑语的学年。小派是一个活泼可爱、充满好奇心的孩子。在这个学年里,我见证了她在各个方面的进步和成长。首先,我要表扬她在社交互动方面的突飞猛进。她积极参与团队活动,与同伴建立了良好的关系。她懂得分享和合作,乐于帮助他人。刚入园时,是一个爱哭,想妈妈的女孩,每天一样挂在老师身上,需要陪伴,这时的她分离焦虑很重。在和家庭沟通时,分享她在幼儿园的情况,与分离焦虑期家长如何帮助孩子,家园配合等等情况,一段时间后,家长也开始说孩子慢慢的变化,开始介绍同伴,开始分享有趣的事情等。在前期老师的陪伴过程中,她和老师建立很好的依恋关系,渐渐的喜欢上幼儿园生活,喜欢班级的同伴。
Time flies, and Xiaopai has spent a joyful year in the Seashell class (Y1A) at the Xihu Campus. She is a lively, curious child. This year, I’ve witnessed her growth in many areas. First, her social interaction skills have improved significantly. She actively participates in group activities and builds good relationships with her peers, learning to share and cooperate. Initially, Xiaopai was a clingy child who cried for her mother daily, showing severe separation anxiety. Through communication with her family and sharing her progress, we discussed how parents can support their child during this period. Over time, Xiaopai began to change, introducing her friends and sharing interesting stories. With the support of her teachers, she gradually developed a positive attachment and started to enjoy school life and her classmates.
在学习方面,小派展现了强烈的好奇心和求知欲。她热衷于参与各种课堂活动,始终保持专注和兴趣。无论是绘画、手工制作还是数学游戏,她都充满热情地投入其中。她敢于表达自己的想法和观点,勇于尝试新的学习挑战。她的创造力和想象力得到了极大的发展,每一个作品都展示出她独特的风格和创意。最令人欣慰的是,小派在语言表达方面的进步非常显著。她发音带方言,说话速度较快,吐词不准,通过家庭了解孩子的语言环境确实没有针对性的纠正养成现在的习惯,了解孩子情况后,老师们也开始调整孩子的引导计划:

通过一段时间发现她在说话时会放慢速度,开始有效果,与妈妈反馈孩子语言情况后,也和妈妈聊了一些针对性建议,在家庭中也可以用起来,共同培养。她能够用简单而准确的语言表达自己的需求和感受。她勇于尝试使用新的词汇和句式,不断丰富自己的语言能力。她愿意与教师和同伴进行交流。
Academically, Xiaopai has shown a strong curiosity and eagerness to learn. She engages enthusiastically in various classroom activities, including art, crafts, and math games. She confidently expresses her ideas and opinions, eagerly taking on new challenges. Her creativity and imagination have flourished, with each piece of work showcasing her unique style and creativity. Significantly, Xiaopai’s language skills have improved. She initially spoke quickly and with a regional accent, making her speech unclear. Understanding her language environment helped us tailor our guidance plan. We spoke slower in front of her, encouraged her to repeat phrases slowly, and fostered a storytelling atmosphere in class to enhance her listening and speaking skills. Gradually, she slowed her speech and showed progress. Her mother also implemented suggestions at home, contributing to her development. Xiaopai can now express her needs and feelings clearly, uses new vocabulary and sentence structures, and engages in conversations with teachers and peers.
