Leveraging our extensive practical experience, Dragon Spruce Education established the BeeMee Forest Nursery Academy, which officially opened in May 2024. 早在 2015 年，彼一米创始人向姗姗女士深受其朋友——2011年诺贝尔化学奖获得者丹尼尔·舍特曼教授的启发，开始接触早期教育。丹尼尔·舍特曼教授认为，要成为一名科学家，前提是你“想成为！”即要有想成为一名科学家的志向和兴趣，而兴趣需要从小培养，科学启蒙应当从孩子上幼儿园开始。两人在北京就如何做好中国早期教育多次畅谈，逐渐认识到早期教育中最重要的板块是托育，学习在婴儿期就已经开始，并将持续终生。

Back in 2015, Ms. Shanshan, the founder of BeeMee, was inspired by her friend Professor Daniel Shechtman, the 2011 Nobel Laureate in Chemistry, to get involved in early education. 因此，向姗姗女士在创立彼一米初衷时打破固有的办园模式及突破传统幼儿教育边界，创新“托幼一体化”，将幼儿的入学年龄提前到半岁，填补了长沙市1-3岁托育教育的空白。

With the classic "indoor & forest" British education features, BeeMee has created an integrated model of childcare and nursery with healthy ecology from its establishment. BTS uses the IEYC  (International Early Year Curriculum) of UK as its foundation course, With Project-Based Learning (PBL) teaching methods, BTS integrate different themes such as British forest education, traditional Chinese culture, international social etiquette, family education, English drama, etc.. According to local conditions, BTS create vairous feature courses such as chess, golf, short tennis, ECSTEM, music. 彼一米引进了美国加州理工学院儿童中心（简称“CCC”）的STEM课程，成为中国首家全英文ECSTEM示范基地。ECSTEM以科学为主要导向，采用美国专门应用于1-6岁婴幼儿发展评估的DRDP（Desired Result Developmental Profile）工具进行评估，评估内容涉及 7 大领域。其融合了绘本、艺术、语言、数学、科学、运动、建构等形式，将 STEM 作为日常活动进行教育实践，在探究范围内灵活地调整目标，使幼儿在这个过程中不断挖掘潜能并获得发展。

BeeMee introduced the STEM curriculum of the Children's Center of the California Institute of Technology (CCC) in the United States, and is the first all-English ECSTEM demonstration base in China. ECSTEM is mainly oriented by science, using the DRDP (Desired Result Developmental Profile) tool of the United States, specifically applied in the development assessment of infants and young children aged 1-6 years, to make assessment. The assessment content involves 7 major areas, integrating picture books, art, language, mathematics, science, sports, construction and other forms. Taking STEM as a daily activity for educational practice, flexibly adjusting goals within the scope of inquiry, so that children can continuously tap and develop their potential in this process.

BeeMee's teaching and research team, all of whom hold teacher qualification certificate. The foreign teachers come from the five countries of the United States, Britain, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, with rich international education experience and transnational work experience. Our Chinese teachers are senior professional Chinese and English bilingual teachers, all of whom have bachelor's degree or above, and have more than 5 years of educational experience. Our life teachers have professional nursing experience. 

能当幼儿园老师的人不一定能当好托育老师。为1-3岁的婴幼儿提供托育和照护服务，需要具备更多的耐心与爱心，承担起孩子生理健康、心理发展等全方面的责任。彼一米的托育中外方老师经过了严格的培训和系统的训练，是集幼儿园老师、保育员、育婴师的各项素养于一身的综合指导教师。彼一米托育的保育老师也经验丰富，需持有育婴师资格证上岗，诸如婴幼儿生理、心理和护理知识，以及婴幼儿营养、喂养知识、婴幼儿常见病和传染病知识等等，都需要熟练掌握。

Being a kindergarten teacher may not be a good nursery teacher, providing childcare and care services for infants and young children aged 1-3 requires more patience and love, and assumes full responsibility for children's physical health and psychological development. The Chinese and international teachers of nursery have strict and systematic training, and are comprehensive instructor who integrates the qualities of kindergarten teachers, child-care teacher and nursery teachers. The nursery teachers are also experienced and hold the nursery teacher qualification certificate. They need to master the physiological, psychological and nursing knowledge of infants and young children, infant nutrition, feeding knowledge, knowledge of common diseases and infectious diseases of infants and young children, etc.

彼一米为了全面践行托幼一体化，聘请了知名托育专家刘钰心老师，与其倾力合作研发托幼一体化管理体系的 SOP。其中包括托育人员管理的 SOP，以及人员培训考核的精细化管理，还有一日流程 SOP，涵盖饮食、如厕、吃药、睡眠、活动等标准操作流程和记录报告。同时，制定了托班保教管理制度、安全卫生保健管理制度、家园服务管理制度。通过科学测评体系来掌握婴幼儿各方面能力的发展水平，了解宝宝们的个体差异，进而进行有针对性的指导，促进宝宝全面发展。

To fully implement the integration of kindergarten and nursery, BeeMee hired a well-known childcare expert Teacher Liu Yuxin to cooperate with us in researching and develop SOP of the integrated childcare management system. Including SOP management of childcare personnel, refined management of personnel training and assessment, daily schedule SOP, standard operating procedures and reports such as diet, toilet, medicine, sleep and activity. We set up a nursery education management system, a safe health care management system, and a home service management system. Through the scientific assessment system, we can through the level of ability development of infants and young children in all aspects, understand the differences of each individual, so as to carry out targeted guidance and promote the overall development of children.

Nutrition and Food Education

彼一米制定合理“幼儿带量食谱”，提供“全面、平衡、适量”膳食，保证幼儿健康成长，菜单及食材变化丰富，保证孩子的营养均衡。1-3岁宝宝的咀嚼发育能力较弱，厨房专业采用适合低幼宝贝的烹饪方式，我们的老师也会帮助他们对较硬的食材进行处理，碾成肉泥、粉末或者小丁，方便宝贝进食。

BeeMee formulates a reasonable "children's recipes with quantity", providing a "comprehensive, balanced, appropriate" diet to ensure the healthy growth of young children with rich menus and using various ingredients, we are devoted in ensuring that children's nutrition is balanced. At the age of 1-3 babies have weak chewing ability, the kitchen adopts cooking methods suitable for young babies, and our teachers will also help them wash and clean the harder ingredients, grind them into the meat paste, powder or small cubes, so that the baby can eat.

Cooperative Education of Kindergarten and Family

教育不只是在园所，应深入到家庭中，家庭教育延伸促进家长和园所的共同成长。彼一米成立了PTA（Parent Teacher Association）家委会，协助彼一米园内外各项活动、学习项目和公益的开展，监督园所管理并反馈建议完善；提供丰富的家长沙龙，如花艺会、儿童双语启蒙讲座、定期邀请国内外知名家庭教育和婚姻专家提供一系列“婚姻和养育”的线下线上分享及培训，共同分享世界前沿的教育理念。

Education not only exists in the kindergarten, it should go deep into the family as well, and the extension of the family promotes the common growth of parents and the center. BeeMee set up a PTA (Parent Teacher Association) Parent Committee to assist in the development of various activities, learning projects and public welfare events in and around the park, supervising the management of the kindergarten and making improvement through feedback and suggestions. We provide many parent salons, such as flower parties, children's bilingual enlightenment lectures, regularly invite well-known family education and marriage experts at home and abroad to provide a series of offline and online sharing and training courses related to "marriage and parenting" theme, and share the world's cutting edge educational concepts. 

彼一米为贯彻执行 EYFS“全程评估(Assessment)体系”，量身打造了 BCS 独特婴幼儿成长跟踪系统，借助日报、周报、学习故事、照片视频素材库等方式记录每位孩子的日常学习状态与成果，保证每位孩子的学习过程真实客观且清晰可查。同时，根据孩子的兴趣制定个性化教学方案，科学评估孩子的发展阶段和下一步成长需求。除了常规的家访、电访、温馨提示和教学计划公示之外，彼一米还为每一个孩子建立专属家庭成长群，用于发送宝贝的照片与视频，并且能够随时与家长沟通。外教老师也在群里与家长积极互动，交流心得，方便家长更加了解孩子在彼一米的日常情况。

In order to implement the EYFS "Assessment System", BeeMee tailored BCS unique infant growth tracking system to record the daily learning status and achievements of each child through daily reports, weekly reports, learning stories, photos and videos, etc., thus to ensure that the truly learning process of each child is objective and can be checked clearly. We customize the individually teaching program according to the child's interests, and scientifically assess the child's development stage and the next step of growth needs. In addition to regular home visits, telephone calls, warm tips and teaching plan announcements, BeeMee also establish an exclusive family growth group for each child, so as to send photos and videos, and can also communicate with parents at any time. Foreign teachers also actively interact with parents in the group to exchange ideas, so that parents can better understand their children's daily life condition in BeeMee.

我们的家园沟通从宝贝入学前就开始了，入园前家人陪同幼儿参与0-6岁的发育商测评，测评老师根据幼儿测评的情况和家长养育环境的沟通，给予家人一个初期的幼儿现阶段五大能力养育的建议。

Our home communication starts before children enter the school. Before entering kindergarten, children will participate in the 0–6-year-old developmental quotient assessment in accompany with their parents, and the assessment teacher will give the family a suggestion for  the early stage of nursery in the field of five major abilities according to assessment result and communication of family environment.
