2024-2025学年西亚斯外籍人员子女学校全员培训圆满落幕
2024年8月7日,为了凝聚团队力量,为新学年的顺利运行做好准备,西亚斯外籍人员子女学校在人力资源部的组织下进行了2024-2025年全员培训。外籍学校校长米尔斯博士,教学校长克莉丝汀女士,各部门负责人及其他中外方员工共同参与了此次培训。
On August 7, 2024, to strengthen team cohesion and prepare for the smooth operation of the new academic year, Sias International School organized a comprehensive training for 2024-2025 under the guidance of the Human Resources Department. The training was attended by the Head of School, Dr. Mills, the Principal, Ms. Addie, department heads, local staff and foreign faculty.

2024-25学年学校吸收了大量的新成员,米尔斯校长和各部门负责人热情带领新成员一一向大家问好。新鲜血液的注入,会使团队更加坚强有力。随后米尔斯校长从使命宣言、核心价值观、战略目标、设立目标、2024-25重点工作等方面带领团队重温初心,明确目标,为每一位员工赋能,激励团队重拾初心,明确目标,助力每一位员工在新学年中取得更大成就。
For the 2024-25 academic year, the school welcomed a significant number of new members. The Head of School, Dr. Mills and the department heads warmly introduced the new members to everyone. We believe that the influx of fresh talent would make the team stronger. Dr. Mills delivered a wonderful speech, guiding the team through a review of the mission statement, core values, strategic goals, and key work areas for 2024-25, aiming to rekindle the team’s mission, clarify objectives, and empower each employee to achieve greater success in the new academic year.

随着学校的不断发展,各部门也在积极完善各自的职能,加强制度建设。运营部、财务部、人事部在培训中带领全体员工重温了部门职能,仔细讲解与大家日常工作息息相关的各项制度及流程。对部门的了解,对制度流程的掌握将会大大加深彼此的理解,使各项工作顺畅高效推进。展望新学年,上述部门以及招生市场部和对外关系部在培训后期也就各部门2024-25的工作计划向与会同事做了汇报。
As the school continues to develop, each department is actively improving its functions and strengthening system construction. During the training, the Operations, Finance, and Human Resources departments led the staff in revisiting departmental functions and explaining various systems and processes related to daily work. Understanding departmental roles and mastering procedures will significantly enhance mutual comprehension and ensure smooth and efficient operations. Looking ahead to the new academic year, these departments, along with the Admissions and Marketing Department and the Community Relations Department, also presented their 2024-25 work plans to the attendees.

PYP Coordinator Ms. Jules and EAL Coordinator Ms. Kay gave an impressive presentation on the IB system, deepening everyone's understanding of the IB Learner Profile's ten attributes and how to apply them in daily work and life through situational demonstrations.

Amidst the intensive training, HR Manager Li Xiaodong led a lively and enjoyable team-building activity. The goal was to enhance mutual understanding and improve communication and collaboration while having fun. Ms. Li also conducted a training session on "Effective Communication and Execution" for the local staff, emphasizing the importance of delivering results.

At the end of the training, Dr. Mills summarized the event and delivered a motivational speech, encouraging everyone to remember the school’s mission and continue to contribute positively to the development of Sias International School.
