1. After you become an official ISA student, you will use the WeChat app "ISA Community" when shopping for school uniforms, choosing CCA courses, academy courses, bus routes, etc. 

2. After paying all school fees, you will be given an official ISA student ID number. Please contact your admissions teacher/homeroom teachers to get your student number in the student system.

3. At the same time, please remember to complete the face photo and entry session and sign the Face Recognition Authorisation Form when you check in. In the future, we will manage the students' usage status through face recognition during meals, school buses and access control.

1. Try on school uniforms to get your right size. You can try on the school uniform at your school or at the ISA shop at Wuhan Tiandi One Square on the following dates:

17th - 18th August: ISA Store, 1F, Wuhan Tiandi Square

20th August - 25th August: ISA School Uniform Store, Wuhan

2. Parents can visit the app "ISA Store" to purchase the new student gift box. Students are requested to note down their suitable uniform size and submit the order at the ISA Store.

3. If you are unable to try on the school uniform on the above dates, please consult the Admissions Teacher for a size chart to anticipate the appropriate size for your student to purchase.

4. Upon receipt of the new student uniform box, please check carefully. All clothing in the new student box can be exchanged within 14 days of placing the order, provided the tags have not been removed and the goods have not been washed. After 14 days of placing the order, no exchange is allowed.

1. We have 5 bus routes in Wuhan for the new school year. 

2. Parents can scan the QR code below and use the "ISA Community" to choose a suitable bus route for their students who need a bus.

1. All students are not allowed to bring personal electronic devices to school. 

2. If a student arrives at school with an electronic device, parents are asked to report to the homeroom teacher, who will keep the device and retrieve it when the student leaves school.

3. The class teacher will arrange for the distribution of electronic devices after the start of the school year. We have provided Primary and Secondary students with learning iPads or Apple computers (MacBook) respectively, which are used for using relevant learning software, searching for information, submitting homework, and so on. In order to ensure the proper use of computers by students, the Student Handbook contains regulations on the use and management of iPads and computers.

4. The network of all electronic devices is under the supervision of the IT department of ISA Wuhan Campus, and students are expected to use electronic devices properly.

1. The style of ISA Wuhan Canteen is safe and healthy, fusion of East and West, and a variety of flavours! We regularly purchase ingredients from Metro and Sam's to provide a safe, healthy and balanced diet for our students and teachers.

2. At the same time, there are students and teachers from more than 20 countries in the school, so all the meals are prepared with the best of all worlds in mind. (This is not an easy task!) However, over the past two years, we have seen many of our expatriate teachers become adept at eating hot dry noodles with chopsticks. Therefore, please make sure that students have a tolerant heart and are brave enough to try exotic flavours and experience different cultures through food.

3. If you are severely allergic to certain foods, please bring along a certificate containing a medical certificate and submit it to your homeroom teacher on the day of registration to make a registration of food allergens.
