挥别假期闲逸,换上奋进模样,凝聚青春光芒。假期休整归来,老师们充满活力,热情洋溢,相聚在校园。“明理创新”四个大字牢记心上,我们开启了新学期前的培训学习。
萧伯纳说:“你有一个苹果,我有一个苹果,我们彼此交换,每人还是一个苹果;你有一个思想,我有一种思想,我们彼此交换,每人便拥有两种思想。”
经过三天的培训,老师们在不断地分组与再分组中,交流彼此的思想,碰撞出许多不一样的火花。相信在这样一群愿意学习、愿意分享的老师的带领下,我校的IB教学水平将更上一层楼!
为了更好地助力孩子们成长,大家集思广益,开学前除了常规的培训,最与众不同的当属我们的IB培训,本次培训分成两大阵营,宫明媚老师带领外教“IBPYP workshop”,中教老师培训最大的亮点是“影响教学质量10个观点”探究式学习,大家在小学部王海斌校长的带领下,组成一个大班级。
袁清晨总校长也亲临会议现场,结合他自身丰富的教育教学经验,为教师带来了新的视角和启发。

师资培训Teacher Training
As an IB World School, our community members highly value their ongoing commitment to lifelong learning and the importance of participating in meaningful professional development opportunities to continually refine and expand upon their current learning and teaching portfolio. To deepen the understanding of the International Baccalaureate (IB) among foreign teachers and English teachers, and to enhance the professional development capabilities of the teachers, from August 27 to 28, 2024, the teachers at Country Garden Silver Beach School had a fun and practical IBPYP in-school training.
作为一所IB世界学校,我校高度重视对终身学习的持续承诺,以及参与有意义的专业发展机会的重要性。为了加深外籍教师和英语老师对国际文凭(International Baccalaureat)的理解,提升教师的职业发展能力,近日,碧桂园十里银滩学校的老师们迎来了一次好玩又实用的IBPYP校内培训。
Day1
The first day of the workshop was packed with insightful sessions aimed at enhancing educators' understanding of the transdisciplinary learning. The day kicked off with an exploration of IB mission statement and the learner profile, emphasising the importance of developing global citizens who understand the commonality of humanity.
工作坊的第一天旨在提高教师们对超学科学习的理解。这一天以探索IB使命宣言及学习者培养目标开始,强调培养理解人类共性的全球公民的重要性。
For each question, teachers collaborated in teams, pooling their collective wisdom, and produced a variety of exciting works.
针对每一个问题,老师们都分工合作,汇集小组的智慧,完成了各种各样让人感到兴奋的作品。
The first day of training concluded with the reflective exercise "I used to think... Now I think...", which allowed each teacher to gain an in-depth understanding of the fundamental components of the IB transdisciplinary inquiry unit.
第一天的培训以“我过去认为...我现在认为...”的反思工具结束,每位老师都对IB超学科探究单元的基本要素有了一个深入的理解。
Day2
The second day's workshop built upon the foundation laid on the first day, as teachers engaged in a reflective analysis of a transdisciplinary inquiry case, connecting it with the concepts they had learned previously. They critically examined the case's strengths and areas for development, considering aspects such as central ideas, lines of inquiries, inquiry cycles, action, the formulation of success criteria, and supporting learner agency. Additionally, they offered constructive suggestions for enhancement that aligned with the principles outlined in the IB documents.
第二天的工作坊在第一天的基础上继续进行,老师们联系第一天的学习内容反思一份超学科探究案例。
他们从中心思想、探究线索、探究循环、行动、成功标准的制定以及支持学习者能动性的角度,分析讨论了案例中的成功与不足,并结合IB文件阐述了提升建议。
The training concluded with another reflective tool, where teachers, based on the content of the two-day training, wrote down what they were going to start doing, stop doing, continue doing, do more of, and do less of. From the feedback of the teachers, it is evident that everyone is passionate about IB education and committed to enhancing the level of IB education at our school.
最后,我们的培训以另一个反思工具结束,老师们结合两天的培训内容写下了自己接下来要开始做什么,停止做什么,继续做什么,更多地做什么以及更少地做什么。从老师们的反馈中可以看出,大家都对IB教育充满热情,并致力于更好地提升我校IB教育的水平。
中教培训:观点碰撞 凝“新”聚力
本着“名校战略领航,携手共创辉煌”会议精神,我们进一步展开了开学前的培训学习,很荣幸邀请到袁校长及学校干部出席本次培训。此次培训更像是PYP探究课真实再现。
培训伊始,我们先商定“课堂公约”:分工合作、观点鲜明、控制音量、作品美观等等。而后按年级分好组,再根据本年级孩子的年龄特点等选择几个更需要注重与落实的“观点”来讨论。
仿佛被一股无形的力量点燃,课堂充满了活力与热情。经过头一晚的预习、构思,老师们热火朝天地讨论起来,围绕主题,或从理论出发,剖析教学现象的内在逻辑;或结合实际案例,分享成功与失败的教训;或展望未来趋势,提出创新性的教学构想。
每一观点的碰撞,都能激发出新的火花。我们集大家之所长,有的构图,有的书写,有的搜集资料,有的分析整理,忙得不亦乐乎!
老师们以开放的心态、积极的姿态,投身于知识的海洋。完成讨论后,又集中展示交流,通过交流与碰撞,教师们不仅加深了对教学成绩影响因素的理解,还掌握了一系列实用的教学策略与方法。
"工欲善其事,必先利其器",教师是学校高质量发展的前提和根本,是学校不断前行的“第一生产力”。新学期到来之际,碧桂园十里银滩学校小学部的老师们又开始了各项准备工作,首当其冲的当然让老师们全面充电,整装待发。
老师们以饱满的热忱开启这次赋能之旅。瞧,IB学校的老师们各显其能,“十八般武艺”齐上阵,开出绚丽的思想火花!相信我们也会用自己的实际行动证明教育者的智慧与力量,也让我们对教育的未来充满了无限的憧憬与期待。
