Principal Jenlina has 24 years of experience in the field of pre-school education, having served as the Principal of Yew Wah International Kindergarten in Hong Kong and Maria Montessori International Kindergarten in Ningbo, as well as participating in the development of the Hong Kong Creative Teaching Kit and obtaining the CMS Certificate and the International Chinese Language Teachers' Certificate Advanced Level Certification; She is also a provincial and municipal teaching expert, as well as a first prize winner in provincial and municipal quality course competitions.

在10年的高端国际幼儿园园长运营管理经验的成熟经历中，她对高端国际幼儿园课程质量、幼儿成长发展提升及家长服务品质有较多的经验积累。在担任园长期间，她注重引进国际先进的教育理念和教学方法，熟谙美国生成课程、IB、EYFS、瑞吉欧等课程体系及PBL项目式教学法，与国内外优秀的教育机构保持紧密合作，为这些校区的发展注入了新的活力。

During her 10 years of mature experience in operating and managing high-end international kindergarten principal, she has accumulated more experience in the quality of high-end international kindergarten programmes, the enhancement of children's growth and development, and the quality of parental services. During her tenure as Principal, she has focused on introducing international advanced education concepts and teaching methods, and is well versed in the American Generative Curriculum, IB, EYFS, Reggio and other curricular systems and PBL project-based teaching methodology, and maintains close co-operation with outstanding educational institutions both at home and abroad, which has injected new vitality into the development of these campuses.

在7月，高园长从苏州来到长沙，在彼一米森林儿童学院西湖校区进行跟岗学习。在这段时间里，高园长深刻感受到了彼一米团队开放和谐的团队氛围。走进教室，外教主导着IEYC主题课程，全天浸润式的英文环境以及完善的EYFS评估体系，让高园长对IEYC课程有了系统的理解和认知。

In July, Principal Jenlina travelled from Suzhou to Changsha for an internship at the West Lake Campus of BeeMee Forestry Children's Academy. During this time, Gao deeply felt the open and harmonious team atmosphere of the BeeMee team. When she entered the classroom, the foreign teachers led the IEYC themed curriculum, and the all-day English immersion environment and the perfect EYFS assessment system gave her a systematic understanding and knowledge of the IEYC programme.

Principal Jenlina's educational philosophy has always been based on the young child .
