为共同探讨新形势下国际教育的发展与合作，扩大郑东新区在国际教育、文旅文化等领域的影响力，郑东新区管委会邀请世界大学校长联合会新一届主席、郑州郑东新区西亚斯外籍人员子女学校（西亚斯外籍学校）理事长陈肖纯博士，及数十位来自世界各地的高校校长与教育工作者于15日晚在郑参与“如意郑东、魅力之夜”参访活动。郑州市人大常委会委员、二级巡视员陈平山，郑东新区教文体局党委书记、局长张利刚，教文体局党委副书记、副局长白静，西亚斯外籍学校执行董事兼总经理王伟先生和校长山姆·米尔斯博士出席活动。

On the 15th, the Zhengdong New District Management Committee organized an event to discuss the development and cooperation of international education under the new situation and to expand the influence of Zhengdong New District in international education, culture, and tourism. Zhengdong New District Management Committee invited Dr. Shawn Chen, President of the IAUP and Chairman of Sias Group, and dozens of principals and educators from universities around the world to attend this event. Chen Pingshan, Secretary of the Party Group of Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Statistics, Henan Province, and Director of Zhengdong New Area Working Committee of Zhengzhou Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, Zhang Ligang, Director of Zhengdong New District Education, Culture and Sports Bureau, Bai Jing, Deputy Director of Zhengdong New District Education, Culture and Sports Bureau, Mr. Wayne Wang, Executive Director and General Manager of Sias Group, and Dr. Sam Mills, Head of School of Sias International School also attended the event.

当日晚上，主题为“如意郑东、魅力之夜”参访活动拉开帷幕，参访人员分两批次登上游船“遇见青铜”和“赛博豫镜”，在“白居易”和“商汤”的带领下乘坐游船观看水上实景演艺和光影秀，观看了如意湖、北龙湖、千玺广场、中原科技城投资促进中心等地标建筑。校长团深入了解了天地之中的河南，华夏之源的河南，美丽厚重的河南，感受“舟行碧波上，人在画中游” 的意境，融入了“水+岸”互动的郑东新区，展现了科技郑、年轻郑、文化郑、国际郑驱动发展的澎湃动力。

In the evening, the "Ruyi Zhengdong, Charming Night" visiting activities began with visitors boarding the cruise ships "Meet Bronze" and "Cyber Yu mirror" in two groups. The cruise ships, led by "Bai Juyi" and "Shang Tang", showcased water live performances and light and shadow shows. Visitors had the opportunity to see Ruyi Lake, Beilong Lake, and Qianxi Plaza. The cruise also included viewing landmarks such as Ruyi Lake, Beilong Lake, Thousand Seal Plaza, and the Zhongyuan Science and Technology City Investment Promotion Center. The delegation gained a deeper understanding of Henan's significance in the heart of China and appreciated its natural beauty. They experienced the mood of "Boat on the blue wave, people swimming in the painting", and immersed themselves in the interactive Zhengdong New District, which combines water and land elements. This demonstrated the district's focus on science and technology, youth, culture, and international development, driving its progress.
