我一直秉承因材施教的教学理念,对待不同类型的学生会针对性调整教学风格和教学进度。在同一个班级内争取做到差异化教学、活动式教学等教学方式进行数学课程,让学生真正喜欢数学、热爱数学而不是只为取得高分。
I have always insisted in preparing teaching materials and methods according to the student's ability. When I meet different types of students in class, I will adjust my teaching style and teaching progress. Within the same classroom, I try my best to do differentiated teaching, activity-based teaching and other teaching methods for math curriculum. I hope my students really love math instead of only pursuing for high grades.

I have worked as a Math teacher in several international schools for many years. I have several years AP-course teaching experience and exam preparation experience. Besides that, I also have management experience in regular teaching and learning.

作为一个有多年工作经验的美高数学老师,我一直喜爱研究中国高中和美国高中教学体系和教学方式的差异。我发现中国高中的数学课会更多地教会学生们答题方式和得分要点,但是美国高中的数学课堂会更多地教导学生数学的多用途和数学的深度与广度,并且更有实践的乐趣。于是,我在这些年的数学教学中不断研究如何把数学应用到实际生活中去解决实际问题,让学生摆脱枯燥的学习、体会数学的乐趣。
As an American high school math teacher with several years of experience, I have always been devoted to studying the differences between Chinese and American high schools curriculum and teaching styles. I found that Chinese high school math classes teach more about how to answer questions and get higher scores, but American high school math classes teach more about the versatility and practicality of math, and have more hands-on fun. Therefore, I have been researching how to apply math to real life and to solve real problems, so that students can experience the fun of math instead of the boring learning process.

I believe learning is a process of exploring knowledge, and the goal of education is to cultivate students' critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. I emphasize on igniting students' interests and use real-world examples and interactive teaching methods to help them better understand and apply the knowledge. I encourage students to think, question, and foster their creativity. In my classroom, students are creators of knowledge, and I am their guide.
My teaching style emphasizes on interaction and practicality. I am adept at using multimedia and modern technology to present course materials in a lively and engaging manner. Through group discussions, case studies, and field internships, I aim to deepen students' understanding of knowledge through practical experience and foster teamwork and problem-solving skills. I am dedicated to creating a positive, open learning environment to inspire students' enthusiasm for learning.
