As ASJ-Foshan enters a new academic year, the eighth meeting of the first Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) was successfully held on November 7, which not only appointed new PTA members, but also held in-depth and fruitful discussions and exchanges on topics such as resource support and school year planning, as well as the students' school situation.

After careful preparation and fair election, the PTA members of ASJ-Foshan for the new academic year were officially announced. These members come from different grades and classes, both parent representatives who care about education and experienced teacher cadres, and the new members have injected new vigor and wisdom into the PTA, which helps to build a closer platform for home-school connection and create a better quality environment for students' growth.

会上，张晔校长强调了家校合作的重要性，并对过去一年中PTA成员们所做的贡献表示了衷心的感谢，希望在新学年中PTA的工作能更加聚焦于孩子的身心健康发展，让家长、孩子与学校紧密携手，营造更加安全、健康、和谐的学习成长环境。

At the meeting, Principal Christine Zhang emphasized the importance of home-school cooperation and expressed her heartfelt thanks to the PTA members for their contributions over the past year. She hoped that the work of the PTA would be more focused on the healthy development of children's bodies and minds in the new school year, so that parents, children, and the school could work closely together to create a safer, healthier, and more harmonious environment for learning and growing.

姚汝基副校长就家校互动做了进一步动员，鼓励家长们参与到学校活动的策划与执行中来，形成家校共育的良好氛围。

Vice Principal Yiu Yuki made further mobilization on home-school interaction, encouraging parents to participate in the planning and implementation of school activities to form a good atmosphere of home-school co-education.

随后，PTA副主席张志文汇报了本学期及本学年的工作规划，包括学生活动支持、教育资源共享、校园活动策划及分工等。

PTA Vice President Kevin then reported on the work planning for this semester and academic year, including student activity support, educational resource sharing, and campus event planning and division of labor.

与会成员一致认为，丰富多彩的课外活动是学生个性发展和综合素质提升的重要途径。为此，PTA成员也将联合学校，积极寻求外部合作，增加对外出研学、艺术体育等各类学生活动的支持与保障。

Participating members agreed that colorful extracurricular activities are an important way for students' personality development and comprehensive quality improvement. To this end, PTA members will also join hands with schools to actively seek external cooperation to increase support and protection for various student activities such as outbound study tours, arts and sports.

我们相信，通过PTA这一平台，家校双方将以更加饱满的热情、更加务实的行动，为学生搭建起一座通往成功与幸福的坚实桥梁，让他们在爱的滋养下茁壮成长。
